Կենդանիների Պաշտպանության «Դինգո Թիմ» ՀԿ-ն նամակ-դիմում է հղել քաղաքապետին, որով խնդրել է Երեւանի զբոսայգիներում չարգելել շների զբոսանքը եւ նրանց համար հատուկ հատվածներ հատկացնել:
«Հարգելի քաղաքապետ, պարոն Մարգարյան.
Դիմում եմ ձեզ ինչպես Կենդանիների Պաշտպանության «Դինգո Թիմ» ՀԿ-ի, այնպես էլ բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիների անունից:
Վերջին շրջանում գնալով շատանում են Երեւանի այգիներում շների զբոսանքն արգելող ցուցանակները: Քաղաքում գրեթե այգի չի մնացել, որտեղ թույլատրվում է շանը տանել զբոսանքի: Փաստորեն ստացվում է, որ շուն պահող քաղաքացիները տեղ չունեն իրենց շանը զբոսանքի տանելու: Սա մտահոգությունների եւ բողոքի ալիք է բարձրացրել շուն պահող քաղաքացիների շրջանակներում, ովքեր ամեն օր դիմում են մեզ՝ որեւէ քայլ ձեռնարկելու խնդրանքով:
Եթե բոլոր այգիներում արգելվի շներով մուտքը, ապա որտե՞ղ մարդիկ զբոսանքի տանեն իրենց շներին:
Ըստ Երեւան քաղաքում ընտանի կենդանիներ պահելու եւ հաշվառելու կանոնների 4-րդ մասի (Կենդանիներին պահելու, զբոսանքի իրականացման եւ վաճառքի պայմանները) 22-րդ կետում մասնավորապես նշված է. «Կենդանիների զբոսանքը թույլատրվում է միայն այդնպատակով հատուկ հատկացված տարածքներում։ Նման տարածքների բացակայությանդեպքում զբոսանքը կարող է իրականացվել ամայի կամ խոտածածկ տարածքներում,բացառությամբ կրթական, մշակութային, սպորտային, առողջապահականկազմակերպություններին (հիմնարկներին) հարող տարածքների, մանկականհրապարակների եւ շուկաների տարածքների»:
Հարց է առաջանում. Երեւան քաղաքում որոնք են այդ նպատակով հատուկ հատկացված տարածքները, կխնդրենք նշել:
Առաջարկում եւ խնդրում ենք ամեն վարչական շրջանում որեւէ այգու մի հատված հատկացնել շների զբոսանքի համար:
Ինչպես նաեւ առաջարկում ենք այգիներում փակցնել ցուցանակներ, որպեսզի մարդիկ հավաքեն իրենց շների կեղտը իրենց հետեւից: Ցուցանակների պատրաստման եւ փակցնելու հարցում առաջարկում ենք մեր կամավոր աջակցությունը»,-ասված է բաց նամակում:
