Սեպտեմբերից Լոռու մարզում մեկնարկող ծրագրով կհայտնաբերվեն կրթությունից դուրս մնացած երեխաները և դպրոց կուղարկվեն

Սեպտեմբեր ամսից Լոռու մարզում կմեկնարկի փորձնական ծրագիր, համաձայն որի կրթությունից դուրս մնացած երեխաները վաղ կհայտնաբերվեն և դպրոց կուղարկվեն:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` կրթությունից դուրս մնացածների թվում հիմնականում այն երեխաներն են, ում 6 տարին լրանալիս ծնողը մտածում է` փոքր է ու չի ուղարկում:
«Փորձնական համակարգի կիրառումը Լոռու մարզից է սկսվելու, ամփոփումից հետո 2018-ին ամբողջ հանրապետության տարածքում արդեն կներդրվի»,-այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ ԿԳՆ հանրակրթության վարչության պետ Աշոտ Արշակյանը:
ՄԱԿ-ի մանկական հիմնադրամի կրթական ծրագրերի ղեկավար Ալվարդ Պողոսյանընշեց, որ կրթությունից դուրս մնացած երեխաների խնդիրը միայն ԿԳՆ-ի խնդիրը չէ: Վիճակագրական տվյալների համաձայն՝ կրթությունից դուրս է մնում տարեկան մոտ 300 երեխա, որը մեկ տոկոսից էլ քիչ է:
«Կրթությունից դուրս մնացած երեխաներ են համարվում նրանք, ովքեր չեն շարունակել տվյալ ուսումնական տարում կրթությունը, անավարտ են թողել և գուցե սեպտեմբերին կգնան: Խոսքն այն երեխաների մասին է, որոնք մեկ անգամ եղել են դպրոցում ու ուսման կեսից դուրս են մնացել, որոնք հիմնականում սոցիալական ծանր պայմաններում ապրող ընտանիքներ են»,-ասաց Ալվարդ Պողոսյանը:
Կրթական տեխնոլոգիաների ազգային կենտրոնի (ԿՏԱԿ) տնօրեն Արտակ Պողոսյանն անդրադառնալով կրթությունից դուրս մնացած երեխաների հայտնաբերման համակարգին՝ նշեց, որ դրանով հնարավորություն կունենան հետևել յուրաքանչյուր երեխայի և հասկանալ՝ այդ նույն երեխան ինչո՞ւ չի շարունակում հաճախել դպրոց:
«Սեպտեմբերի 10-ից հետո, երբ դպրոցներում հստակեցվի աշակերտների թիվը, ավտոմատ համակարգը ցույց կտա, թե 2011-ին ծնված երեխաներից, որոնք բազայում են գրանցված, կա՞ որևէ մեկը, որ ինչ-որ դպրոցում ներգրավված չէ: Այսինքն` հստակ կպարզվի՝ արդյոք այդ երեխաները ՀՀ-ում են, դո՞ւրս են եկել հանրապետությունից, թե՞ մեկ այլ պատճառ կա՝ ինչու չեն հաճախել դպրոց»,-ասաց նա:
Մեկ այլ հատվածում կգրանցվեն այն երեխաները, որոնք ինչ-ինչ պատճառներով ուսումնական տարվա կեսից անավարտ են թողնում կրթությունը, ինչպես նաև հաճախակի բացակայող երեխաները: «Ամենօրյա ռեժիմով կարող ենք տեսնել, թե ինչ վիճակում է տվյալ երեխան, որը նշագրումների համակարգով հատուկ դեպք վարողը գրում է, թե ինչ գործընթացի մեջ է: Խնդիրը հայտնաբերելուց հետո պատկան մարմիներին տեղեկացնում են և լուծումներ գտնում»,- նշեց Արտակ Պողոսյանը:
