Джейл Рейнхолд и Джон Пулчифер планировали пожениться до момента рождения дочери. Их свадьба должна была состояться за месяц до родов на озере в штате Мичиган. Но, видимо, девочка не смогла пропустить такое событие и тоже захотела присутствовать на торжестве.

Невеста очень расстроилась, что церемонию на озере пришлось отменить. Но жених не хотел огорчать маму своего ребенка. Он начал действовать по ситуации и в конечном итоге получил разрешение больницы использовать их подвал и конференц-зал для приема гостей и церемонии.

Тем не менее, это был их день свадьбы, и более 70 гостей появились в тот же день — все женихи в костюмах и подружки в своих платьях, — и пара провела свою свадьбу в больнице, всего через пять часов после рождения их дочери.
