 Հայաստանի կառավարության նիստում վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանն Էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարար Աշոտ Մանուկյանից հետաքրքրվեց, թե երբ է ներկայացվելու ՀՀ էներգետիկ համակարգի երկարաժամկետ՝ մինչև 2036 թվականը զարգացման ծրագիրը:

Աշոտ Մանուկյանը նշեց, որ այն արդեն մեկ անգամ ներկայացրել են կառավարություն և ստացել որոշ դիտողություններ, այդ թվում Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովից: «Աշխատել ենք հանձնաժողովի պատասխանատուների հետ, դիտողությունները հիմնականում ընդունվել են: Ամենայն հավանականությամբ, կմշակվի լրացուցիչ ևս մեկ նորմատիվային ակտ, որը կկանոնակարգի փոքր ՀԷԿ-երի մասով այն բաժինը, որը մենք ներառել էինք մինչև 2036 թվականը էներգետիկ համակարգի զարգացման ծրագրում: Այդ բաժինը այնտեղից կհանվի և, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, առանձին նորմատիվային ակտով կհաստատվի: Սա էր հիմնական խնդիրը: Այսօր մենք կարծես թե որևէ խնդիր չունենք: Փոխվարչապետի և ֆինանսների նախարարության հետ այժմ քննարկում ենք կայունացման հիմնադրամի ստեղծումը, որը մեզ հնարավորություն կտա մինչև 2036 թվականը սակագները պահպանել գործող  մակարդակի վրա: Դա բավականին ամբիցիոզ ծրագիր ու գաղափար է: Դրա համար այժմ փորձում ենք գտնել միջոցներ, որպեսզի կայունացնենք այն հիմնադրամը, որը մեզ ոչ միայն հնարավորություն, այլև վստահություն կտա հայտարարել, որ առաջիկա 1.5 տասնամյակում գոնե սակագների վրա էական ազդեցություն չի լինելու, բացառելու ենք նաև արտաքին ազդեցությունները»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, ասաց Աշոտ Մանուկյանը:

Նախարարն ընդգծեց, որ մինչև սեպտեմբեր էներգետիկ համակարգի երկարաժամկետ զարգացման հայեցակարգը կներկայացնեն կառավարության քննարկմանը:

Արձագանքելով՝ ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը նշեց, որ հայեցակարգում պետք է դիտարկել հիդրոներուժը, արևի և քամու էներգիայի արտադրության պոտենցիալը, ինչպես նաև Մեղրիի ՀԷԿ-ի ուղղությամբ հետագա քայլերը: «Պետք է հասկանանք, թե էներգետիկ անվտանգության տեսակետից ինչ կարելի է անել»,- ընդգծեց Կարեն Կարապետյանը:
