Սերբիայի նախագահը պատրաստ Է ալբանների հետ փոխզիջումային լուծում փնտրել Կոսովոյի խնդրում

Սերբիայի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Վուչիչը պատրաստ Է ալբանների հետ փոխզիջումային լուծում փնտրել Կոսովոյի խնդրում, իսկ սեպտեմբերին նա մտադիր Է երկրում լայն քննարկում նախաձեռնել այդ հարցի շուրջ: Այս հայտարարությունները Վուչիչն արել Է օգոստոսի 9-ի երեկոյան՝ ելույթ ունենալով «Պինկ» բելգրադյան հեռուստաալիքի եթերում:

«Եթե մենք Արեւմտյան Բալկաններում հյուսիս-հարավ գծով խաղաղության ու կայունության առանց ստեղծենք երկու խոշորագույն ժողովուրդների՝ սերբերի ու ալբանների միջեւ, առաջիկա հարյուր տարվա համար կլուծենք մեր քաղաքական խնդիրների 80 տոկոսը»,-ասել Է Վուչիչի Կոսովոյի մասին:

Նրա խոսքով՝ Կոսովոյին վերաբերող լուծումը պետք Է «երկուստեք չբավարարի», որովհետեւ միայն այդ կերպ այն կարող Է փոխզիջումային դառնալ: Վուչիչն այդ կապակցությամբ նշել Է, որ որոշում Է ընդունվելու ոչ միայն սերբերի անցյալի, այլեւ նրանց ներկայի ու ապագայի մասին:

«Կարեւոր Է լավ հարաբերություններ ունենալ ալբանների հետ, դրանք կարգի բերել մեկընդմիշտ, այլ ոչ թե պահպանել սառեցված հակամարտությունը: Ես մեծ հույսեր չունեմ, բայց դրանք կան»,-հայտարարսել Է Սերբիայի նախագահը: Նա ընդունել Է, որ ինչպիսին Էլ լինի փոխզիջումը, «Սերբիան դա չի ների», եւ ինքը գիտի՝ անձնական ու քաղաքական ինչ հետեւանքներ կարող են սպասել նրան, ով մասնակցում Է այդ գործընթացին:

Վուչիչը նշել Է, որ այժմ Կոսովոյի խնդրի պատրաստի լուծումներ չկան, չեն լինելու նաեւ դյուրին որոշումներ, եւ ինքը կարեւոր Է համարում սեպտեմբերին այդ հարցի քննարկումը ծավալել բոլոր հարթակներում:

«Բոլոր կազմակերպություններում ու հաստատություններում, գիտական համաժողովներում, մեր եկեղեցում, քաղաքացիական հասարակության, ոչ կառավարական հատվածի հետ հարկավոր Է խոսել ու լսել ամեն ինչի մասին, բոլոր բաները դնել սեղանին եւ համեմատել, նայել՝ ինչպիսին Է լնելու մեր ապագան, եւ մենք ինչ կարող ենք ակնկալել ապագայում, որոնք են առաջին, երկրորդ կամ երրորդ որոշման հետեւանքները»,-հայտարարել Է նախագահը:

Կոսովոյի ալբանական իշխանությունները միակողմանի կարգով Սերբիայից անկախություն են հռչակել 2008 թվականին: Կոսովոյի ինքնիշխանությունը ճանաչել են ՄԱԿ-ի հարյուրից ավելի անդամ երկրներ եւ Եվրամիության 28 անդամներից 23-ը, որին ձգտում Է միանալ Սերբիան:

Սերբիայում Կոսովոն եւ Մետոքիան համարում են սերբական ոգու եւ մշակույթի օրրանը, իսկ Կոսովոյի խնդիրը երկար տարիներ ի վեր առավել սուր Է մնում Սերբիայի համար: Սերբիայի Սահմանադրության ներածականում Կոսովոն հռչակվում Է Սերբիայի տարածքի անքակտելի բաղկացուցիչ մասը, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
