Պետական հիմնարկներին հանձնված գույքի վարձակալության տրամադրման կարգում արձանագրվել են խնդիրներ

Կառավարության կողմից իրականացված ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում արձանագրվել են մի շարք խնդիրներ պետական հիմնարկներին հանձնված  գույքի վարձակալության տրամադրման կարգի և դրա գործնականում կիրառման վերաբերյալ: Այդ մասին կառավարության նիստում հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը՝ ավելացնելով, որ գրանցվել են դեպքեր, երբ գույքի փաստացի նվազագույն արժեքից ակնհայտորեն ավելի նվազ վարձավճարի գին է սահմանվել կամ, երբ վարձակալության հանձնված գույքը ավելի բարձր վարձակալության գնով հանձնվել է ենթավարձակալության:«Առկա են նաև խնդիրներ համապատասխան գույքի վերաբերյալ ներկայացված ներդրումային ծրագրերի իրականացման հսկողության մասով: Այս իրավիճակը պայմանավորված է և 2001 թվականին ընդունված կարգի վերանայման անհրաժեշտությամբ և կադաստրային արժեքի, շուկայական արժեքի գործնականում առկա անհամաչափություններով, ինչպես նաև ներդրումային ծրագրերի նկատմամբ ոչ լիարժեք հսկողական մեխանիզմների առկայությամբ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, ասաց վարչապետը:

Ելնելով վերոնշյալից՝ Կարեն Կարապետյանը Պետական գույքի կառավարման վարչության պետին և անշարժ գույքի կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեի նախագահին հանձնարարեց մեկամսյա ժամկետում քննարկել և կառավարության աշխատակազմ ներկայացնել պետական հիմնարկներին հանձնված գույքի՝ վարձակալության տրամադրման կարգի վերանայման վերաբերյալ առաջարկություններ, մասնավորապես անդրադառնալով վարձավճարի հաշվարկման բանաձևին, հսկողական մեխանիզմների կատարելագործման, կադաստրային արժեքի և շուկայական արժեքի անհամաչափություններին, միաժամանակ ուսումնասիրելով նման գույքի ենթավարձակալության տրամադրման արգելքի սահմանման հնարավորությանը։
