Այս համեմունքը պարունակում է մի շարք հայտնի միկրոէլեմենտներ, օրգանական միացություններ, հանքանյութեր, վիտամիններ, որոնք հարկավոր են առողջության համար: Այն հարուստ է մի շարք ցնդող ակտիվ բաղադրիչներով, օրինակ` պինեն, լիմոնեն և այլն: Այդ միացությունները ունեն հակասեպտիկ, օքսիդատիվ, մարսողական և հակավարակային հատկություններ:
Դափնու թարմ տերևները հարուստ են վիտամին C-ով: 100 գրամ դափնու տերևը պարունակում է 46.5 մգ վիտամին C, իսկ վիտամին C-ն հզոր բնական հակաօքսիդանտ է, որն օգնում է ազատվել օրգանիզմում վնասակար ազատ ռադիկալներից: Դափնու թարմ տերևները հագեցած են ֆոլաթթվով: 100 գրամ դափնու տերևը պարունակում է 180 մգ կամ օրվա ընթացքում մարդու համար անհրաժեշտ ֆոլաթթվի 45 %-ը:
Ոտքերի տհաճ հոտից ու առատ քրտնարտադրությունից ազատվելու համար կարող եք կիրառել դափնու տերևի թուրմով ոտքերի լոգանք: 25-35 հատ դափնու տերևի վրա լցրեք 1 բաժակ եռացրած ջուր ու թողեք թրմվի մի քանի ժամ (3 ժամից ոչ պակաս): Պատրաստի թուրմը լցրեք տաք ջրով թասի մեջ և պահեք ոտքերը 15 րոպե: Ցանկալի է այն կրկնել 2 շաբաթ:
