«Հայկական ժամանակ». Էլէներգիայի սակագինը բարձրացնելու պատճառներից մեկը ՀԷՑ–ի հաշվին նաիրիտցիներին տված աշխատավարձն է

«Էլէներգիայի սակագինը բարձրացնելու փաթեթի մեջ ներառված են նաև «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցերին» այլ ընկերությունների ունեցած անհուսալի պարտքերը: Այս պահի դրությամբ դա ընդհանուր առմամբ կազմում է մոտ 5 միլիարդ դրամ:

 ՀԷՑ-ի նկատմամբ ամենամեծ անհուսալի պարտք կուտակած ընկերությունը «Նաիրիտն» է: Մինչ այժմ խոսվում է, որ «Նաիրիտի» ունեցած պարտքը ձևավորվել է ՀԷՑ-ից ստացած էլէներգիայի դիմաց վճարումներ չիրականացնելու պատճառով: Սակայն մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, պարտքի մեծ մասը ձևավորվել է այն պատճառով, որ կառավարությունը ՀԷՑ-ին խնդրել է պարտք տալ «Նաիրիտին»՝ վերջինիս աշխատակիցների աշխատավարձի մի մասը փակելու համար:

 Թե որքա՞ն գումար է հատկացրել ՀԷՑ-ը, դրանով քանի՞ ամսվա պարտք է փակվել առայժմ անհայտ է: Բայց ՀԷՑ-ի տված պարտքը հետագայում չի մարվելու և ըստ ընկերության ներկայացրած սակագների բարձրացման հիմնավորումների, ամբողջ ծավալով ներառվելու է սակագնի մեջ: Ստացվում է, որ կառավարությունը նաիրիտցիներին ունեցած պարտքի մի մասը փակելու է հոսանքի սակագինը բարձնելու հաշվին: Այսինքն կառավարությունը մի ձեռքով աշխատավարձ է տալիս նաիրիտցիներին, մյուս ձեռքով ամբողջ հանրությունից, այդ թվում նաև նույն նաիրիտցիներից ետ տանում այդ գումարը սակագնի բարձրացման շնորհիվ»,–գրում է թերթը։
