Ի՞նչ շահ է հետապնդում Չինաստանը Հայաստանում

Հայաստանում կկառուցվի Եվրասիական տարածաշրջանում մեծությամբ երկրորդ չինական դեսպանատունը՝ Ռուսաստանից հետո: Սա իհարկե խոսում է տարածաշրջանում իր ազդեցությունը ընդլայնելու ցանկության մասին, ընդ որում` Չինաստանի ակտիվացումn ուղղակիորեն պայմանավորվում է Հայաստան-Իրան համագործակցության խորացմամբ, քանի որ Չինաստանը և Իրանը շատ կարևոր համագործակցություն են ձևավորել: Իրանը շատ ակտիվ է «Մետաքսի ճանապարհի» նախաձեռնության մեջ, և այս պարագայում Հայաստանը կարող է խաղալ Չինաստանը Իրանին կապող դեր, իսկ Հայաստան-Իրան երկաթուղին Չինաստանը կկապի Եվրոպայի հետ: Հայաստանին հարկավոր է հաշվի առնել և՛ Իրանի հետաքրքրվածությունը՝ դուրս գալ դեպի Եվրոպայի խոշոր շուկաներ, և՛ Չինաստանի ձգտումը՝ երկաթուղու օգնությամբ ազդելու տարածաշրջանի երկրների վրա և ընդլայնելու իր ազդեցությունը Մեծ Մերձավոր Արևելքում, որտեղ առաջիկա 50 տարիներին որոշվելու են համաշխարհային նշանակության քաղաքական և տնտեսական հարցերը:
 
Չնայած տնտեսական բաղադրիչի կարևորությանը, Չինաստանի հետաքրքրվածությունն առաջնահերթ քաղաքական բնույթ է կրում: Ըստ այդմ, եթե գերակայեր տնտեսականը, ապա Չինաստանը նախընտրություն կտար մեկ այլ նախագծի` 400 մլն դոլար արժողությամբ Իրանն, Ադրբեջանը և Վրաստանն իրար կապող երկաթուղուն: Չինաստանը ոչ բացահայտ, սակայն աջակցում է Հայաստանին նաև Արցախի խնդրում, դրա վառ ապացույցն է դեռևս 2013 թվականին տարածված տեղեկությունը, որ Հայաստանը ձեռք է բերել չինական արտադրության նոր հրթիռային AR1A համակարգ, որը համարվում է ռուսական «Սմերչ» հայտնի համակարգի մոդեռնիզացված, 130 կմ հեռահարությամբ տարբերակը: Այս տեղեկատվությունը որևէ կողմ պաշտոնապես չի հերքել: Իսկ ո՞րն է պատճառը: Հայաստանի գլխավոր գրավականը ոչ թուրքական պետություն լինելն է: Չինաստանում ապրում են մոտ 40 մլն թյուրքալեզու ույղուրներ, որոնք անջատողական տրամադրված տարրեր են երկրում, նրանք Թուրքիայի երազած Մեծ Թուրանի ստեղծման երևակայական պլաններում մեծ դեր պետք է ունենան: Մեծ Թուրանը պետք է տարածվի Միջերկրական ծովից մինչեւ Խաղաղ օվկիանոս, Չինաստանից մինչեւ Հյուսիսային Կովկաս: Հայաստանն այս տարածքում սեպ է հանդիսանում թուրքական ցեղերի արանքում: Չինաստանը, գիտակցելով այս ամենը, ցանկանում է կանխել վտանգը իր սահմաններից մի քանի հազար կիլոմետր հեռավորության վրա: Իսկ Հայաստանը, գտնվելով իսլամական երկրների մեջ՝ հզոր դաշնակցի կարիք ունի: Ահա այստեղ է, որ Չինաստանի և Հայաստանի շահերը համընկնում են:
 
Հայաստանը հարկավոր է դիտարկել նաև որպես Չինաստանի համար ԵՏՄ ցանկալի երկիր՝ համագործակցության տեսանկյունից: Չինաստանի՝ ԵՏՄ-ին ինտեգրման մասին վաղուց ենք խոսում. Չինաստանի իշխանություններն ի սկզբանե նախատեսում էին, որ ԵՏՄ-ին անդամակցությունը միանշանակ պետք է լինի: Նախորդ տարեսկզբից մինչ օրս ԵՏՄ-ին անդամակցելու համար շատ մեծ աշխատանքներ են տարվում, ընդհուպ՝ միջազգային ֆորումներ, համաժողովներ, ցուցահանդեսներ, նաև Չինաստանի կողմից ուսումնասիրություններ են կատարվում, թե որքանով է արդյունավետ ընդգրկվելն այդ տնտեսական կառույցում: Այս տեսանկյունից՝ Հայաստանը ևս մեկ կապող օղակ է Պեկինի համար, բայց այս անգամ արդեն եվրասիական տարածաշրջանում ծավալվող գործընթացների շրջանակներում:
