Արցախի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը օգոստոսի 8-ին աշխատանքային այցով եղել է Մարտակերտի շրջանում՝ խորհրդակցություն հրավիրելով այգեգործության թեմայով և ծանոթանալով նորաբաց չրերի գործարանի ու հանգստյան գոտու պայմաններին: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեցին Արցախի Հանրապետության կառավարության աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, կառավարության ղեկավարը, նախ, Մարտակերտ քաղաքում, շրջանի պատասխանատուների և մի շարք համայնքների ղեկավարների մասնակցությամբ, աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել:

Արայիկ Հարությունյանը նշել է, որ, հաշվի առնելով շրջանի բնակլիմայական բարենպաստ պայմանները, կառավարությունը խրախուսելու է բոլոր այն անհատներին, ովքեր կհիմնեն նռան այգիներ և դրանց ոռոգումը պարտադիր կիրականացնեն կաթիլային եղանակով:

«Այգեգործությամբ զբաղվող և, հատկապես, նռան նոր այգիներ հիմնող բոլոր անհատները կառավարության կողմից կստանան աջակցություն՝ կաթիլային ոռոգման համակարգ տեղադրելու համար: Մարտակերտի շրջանում նռան այգիների հիմնման մեծ ծրագիր ենք նախատեսում, և առկա ջրային պաշարները թույլ են տալիս միայն այս տարի տնկել մինչև 500 հա այգի: Հաջորդ տարվանից, ոռոգման ջրի խնդիրը լուծելու համար, պետական և բարեգործական միջոցներով ավելացնելու ենք արտեզյան ջրհորների քանակը»,- ասել է վարչապետը և հավելել, որ հաշվի առնելով աշխարհում առկա նռան մեծ պահանջարկը՝ կառավարությունն առաջիկայում աջակցելու է նաև վերամշակող գործարանների ստեղծմանը:

Արայիկ Հարությունյանը խորհրդակցությունից հետո այցելել է Մարտակերտ քաղաքում գտնվող «Մարտակերտի բարիքներ» սահմանափակ պատասխանատվությամբ ընկերության չրերի նորաբաց գործարան, որտեղ ծանոթացել է արդի տեխնոլոգիաներով զինված արտադրամասերի աշխատանքներին, արտադրվող տեսականուն և առաջիկա ծրագրերին: Պետական աջակցությամբ կառուցված գործարանում շուրջ 30 նոր աշխատատեղ է բացվել՝ ամսական 120 հազար դրամ միջին աշխատավարձով: Այնուհետև վարչապետն ուղևորվել է շրջանի Մատաղիս համայնք, որտեղ ներկա է գտնվել Մատաղիսի ջրամբարի հարևանությամբ՝ ռուսաստանաբնակ գործարարի կողմից կառուցված հանգստյան գոտու բացման հանդիսավոր արարողությանը: Վարչապետը ծանոթացել է արդի պահանջներին համապատասխան կառուցված քոթեջների, ռեստորանի և մոտորանավակների ու ջրային ժամանցի այլ ծառայությունների պայմաններին: Կառավարության ղեկավարը կարևորել է նշված ներդրումային ծրագրերի իրականացումը հատկապես Մարտակերտի շրջանում՝ ինչպես տնտեսական զարգացման, այնպես էլ ապրիլյան պատերազմից հետո սկսված վերազարթոնքի առումով: «Խորհրդանշական եմ համարում այս երկու նախագծերի իրականացումը: Թե՛ Մարտակերտը և թե՛ Մատաղիսը ընդամենը մեկուկես տարի առաջ գտնվում էին հակառակորդի ինտենսիվ հրետակոծության տակ: Բայց այսօր, ի լուր աշխարհի, հայտարարում ենք, որ Մատաղիսում կարող է լավագույն հանգստյան գոտին լինել, իսկ Մարտակերտում՝ ժամանակակից գործարան»,- ասել է կառավարության ղեկավարը:
