«Հայաստանի ներդրողների ակումբ»-ը ներգրավվում է «Շնող» հիդրոէլեկտրակայանի կառուցման ծրագրում

ՀՀ կառավարության, «Դեբեդ Հիդրո» ՍՊԸ-ի և «Հայաստանի ներդրողների ակումբ» փակ ոչ հրապարակային պայմանագրային ներդրումային ֆոնդի միջև նախատեսվում է կնքել Լոռու մարզում 76 ՄՎտ դրվածքային հզորությամբ «Շնող» հիդրոէլեկտրակայանի նախագծման, կառուցապատման, ֆինանսավորման, կառուցման, սեփականության իրավունքով տնօրինման, տիրապետման, շահագործման մասին շրջանակային համաձայնագիր: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, համաձայնագրի կնքմանը հավանություն տալու մասին հարցն ընդգրկված է կառավարության օգոստոսի 10-ի նիստի օրակարգում:

Նախագծի հիմնավորման համաձայն, ծրագրի իրականացման նպատակով ՀՀ կառավարության (ի դեմս ՀՀտնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարի) և Հովանավորի միջև 2017թ. ապրիլի 13-ին ստորագրվել է փոխըմբռնման հուշագիր: Հովանավորը առաջնորդվելով փոխըմբռնման հուշագրի դրույթներով՝  դիմել է ՀՀ կառավարությանը՝ ծրագիրն իրականացնելու առաջարկով և դրա համար անհրաժեշտ ֆինանսական միջոցներ ներգրավելու նախաձեռնությամբ: Նախատեսվում է, որ ՀՀ կառավարությունը կաջակցի կառուցապատողին ձեռք բերել հողատարածք՝ ՀԷԿ-ի կառուցման համար: Կառուցապատողը պարտավորվում է կառուցել  ՀԷԿ-ը:

Կայանի կոմերցիոն շահագործման ամսաթվից 20 տարուց ոչ պակաս ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ կառավարությունը երաշխավորելու է «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ՓԲԸ-ի  կողմից տարեկան 500 մլն կՎտժ էլեկտրաէներգիայի գնում:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հայկական սփյուռքի 3 տասնյակից ավելի գործարարների մասնակցությամբ «Հայաստանի ներդրողների ակումբ» ոչ հրապարակային պայմանագրային ներդրումային ֆոնդի գործունեության մեկնարկը տրվել է 2017 թվականի մարտի 25-ին: 2017 թ. հունվարի 25-ին ռուսաստանաբնակ հայազգի գործարար շրջանակների ներկայացուցիչները հայտարարություն էին տարածել՝ Հայաստանում խորը բարեփոխումներ անցկացնելու գործընթացին աջակցելու և ՀՀ կառավարության հետ համատեղ նախաձեռնություններին և բիզնես-ծրագրերին մասնակցելու վերաբերյալ։
