Հաց-հացամթերք և միս տեղափոխող 6 ընկերության 37 փոխադրամիջոցների տրամադրվել են սանիտարական անձնագրեր

Հաց-հացամթերք և միս տեղափոխող փոխադրամիջոցների համար սանիտարական անձնագիր ունենալը սեպտեմբերի 1-ից սկսած պարտադիր պայման կլինի (ժամանակացույցը տես այստեղ):
Ինչպես« Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԳՆ ՍԱՊԾ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, սանիտարական անձնագրերն ստանալու համար արդեն բազմաթիվ տնտեսավարողներ դիմել են ՀՀ ԳՆ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայություն: Այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 8-ին, սննդի շղթայում գործունեություն ծավալող 6 տնտեսվարողների` «Մարիլա», «Հովիկ», «Նատալի ֆարմ», «Գրանդ Քենդի», «Ալբերտ-Էլեն» սահմանափակ պատասխանատվությամբ և «Սևանի հացի գործարան» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերություններին, պատկանող 37 փոխադրամիջոցներ ստացել են սանիտարական անձնագրեր: Ծառայությունն այսկերպ կվերահսկի արտադրությունից խանութ շղթայում սննդամթերքի անվտանգության ապահովումը:
Անդրադառնալով փոխադրամիջոցին սանիտարական անձնագրեր տրամադրելու կարևորությանը՝ Ծառայության սննդամթերքի անվտանգության և որակի հսկողության տեսչության պետ Վահե Դանիելյանը շեշտել է, որ հաճախ հենց այս փուլի խախտումներն են վտանգավոր դարձնում մեզ հասնող սնունդը: «Տրանսպորտային միջոցների սանիտարական աձնագրերի ներդրման արդյունքում նվազագույնի կհասցվի տեղափոխման փուլում սննդամթերքի աղտոտման վտանգը, սպառողը կունենա երաշխիք, որ կամայական տրանսպորտային միջոցներով սննդամթերքի տեղափոխում այլևս չի իրականացվի, իսկ Ծառայությունը կկարողանա ոլորտում իրականացնել հստակ և թիրախավորված վերահսկողություն»,- նշել է տեսչության պետը:
Ծառայություն դիմում են ինչպես ժամանակացույցով նախատեսված ոլորտներից, այնպես էլ ավելի շուտ ստանալ ցանկացողներ, որոնց գործունեության տեսակի համար սահմանված է ավելի ուշ ժամկետ: Քննարկվում են բոլոր հայտերը, սակայն սանիտարական անձնագրեր ստանում են միայն այն փոխադրամիջոցները, որոնք համապատասխանում են օրենսդրությամբ ներկայացված պահանջներին: Սանիտարական անձնագրերը տրամադրվում են մեկ տարի ժամկետով և անվճար:
Հիշեցնենք, որ սեպտեմբերի 1-ից պետական գնումներով հաց և միս ձեռք բերող կազմակերպություններն ու Երևանի հանրային սննդի կազմակերպման օբյեկտները պարտավոր են սննդամթերքն ընդունել միայն սանիտարական անձնագիր ունեցող փոխադրամիջոցից: Իրավական նորմը առևտրի իրականացման վայրերի համար կգործի նոյեմբերի 1-ից, իսկ հանրապետության բոլոր մարզերում տնտեսվարողների համար փոխադրամիջոցի սանիտարական անձնագիր ունենալը պարտադիր կդառնա 2018 թվականի ապրիլի 1-ից: Սննդամթերքի այլ ոլորտներում կարգը կսկսի գործել 2020 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ից:
