Գայզենհայմի համալսարանի պրոֆեսորը համոզված է, որ հայկական գինին ունի բոլոր նախադրյալները միջազգային շուկայում հաջողելու համար

Հայաստանում գտնվող Գայզենհայմի համալսարանի պրոֆեսոր Յոն Հանֆը համոզված է, որ մեր երկրում խաղողագործությունն ու գինեգործությունը զարգացում են ապրում, և Հայաստանում արտադրված գինին այսօր արդեն ոչ թե ուղղակի ըմպելիք է, այլ հաճույք պատճառող ըմպելիք: Գինու բիզնեսի մասնագետն առաջին անգամ Հայաստան է եկել 2008 թվականին և մինչ օրս ավելի քան 12 այց է կատարել Հայաստան՝ հասցնելով ծանոթանալ հայկական գինեգործության ողջ պատմությանը: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, պրոֆեսոր Հանֆը նշում է, որ Հայաստանն ունի գինեգործության հնադարյան պատմություն, և միջազգային շուկայում անհրաժեշտ է համադրել այդ պատմությունն ու բարձր որակը: Նրա խոսքով՝ կարևոր է, որպեսզի արտադրողը գիտակցի, որ գինու արտադրությունը չի սահմանափակվում գործարանում կամ մառանում. այդ երկար գործընթացը սկսվում է խաղողի մշակումից: Արտադրական ողջ շղթայի ընթացքում պետք է ապահովել որակը, և այդ ուղղությամբ առաջին քայլն անել այգիներում: Լավ որակի գինի ստանալու համար հարկավոր է լավ որակի խաղող ստանալ:
Հատուկ ոլորտի զարգացման համար հիմնված Հայաստանի խաղողագործության և գինեգործության հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն Զարուհի Մուրադյանը համոզված է, որ առաջիկայում մենք խոսելու ենք գինեգործության ոլորտում գրանցած հերթական հաջողությունների մասին, որին նպաստելու են թե՛ հիմնադրամի աշխատանքները, թե՛ ոլորտի մասնագետների գիտելիքները:
Ոլորտի մասնագետներ պատրաստելու համար 2014 թվականին «Սեմինա Քոնսալթինգ» ընկերության հետ համատեղ հիմնվել է Ի-Վի-Էն գինու ակադեմիան, որի համահիմնադիր, տնօրեն Վարդան Ուռուտյանն ընդգծում է, որ իրենց շրջանավարտներն անգործ չեն մնում: Իրենց կողմից տրված գիտելիքների շնորհիվ նրանք շատ արագ իրենց տեղն են գտնում աշխատաշուկայում՝ կարողանալով նաև ապահովել սահուն սերնդափոխություն գինեգործության ոլորտում:
