9 արտահայտություն, որ երբեք ոչ ոքի պետք չէ ասել

Հարաբերություններն ասես թուղթ լինեն, որը եթե ճմրթեք, այլևս նույնը չի լինի: Այսպիսով՝ պետք է մի բան ասելուց առաջ մի լավ մտածել: Մի բան, որն առաջին հայացքիչ կարող է անմեղ թվալ, իրականում կարող է ցավ պատճառել դիմացինին:

«Սա իմ գործը չէ», «Ինձ դրա համար չեն վճարում»
Սրանք ամենատարածված արտահայտություններն են աշխատանքից խուսափելու համար: Դեպքերի 99%-ում ձեր ղեկավարը կզայրանա՝ կարծելով, որ դուք խույս եք տալիս աշխատանքից և բավականաչափ նվիրում չեք ցուցաբերում: Այսպիսով՝ կարող եք այդ արտահայտությունները փոխարինել հետևյալով՝ «այսօր շատ աշխատանք ունեմ, ո՞րն անեմ առաջինը»:
«Քեզ հետ խոսելու ժամանակ չունեմ», «Շատ զբաղված եմ»
Այսպիսի արտահայտությունները վկայում են վատ դաստիարակության մասին: Շատ ավելի նախընտրելի է ասել «ցավում եմ, սակայն կարևոր հանդիպում ունեմ մի քանի րոպեից, գուցե հետո քննարկենք» կամ «այս պահին կաևոր գործ ունեմ, արի մեկ ժամից քննարկենք»:
«Սա կարող է հիմար հնչել, սակայն…»
Նմանատիպ արտահայտությունը միանգամից կասկածի տակ է դնում ձեր ասելիքի՝ խելքին մոտ լինելը այն դեռ չսկսած:
‹‹Մի բան ասեմ, չնեղանաս››
Սա ասես նախազգուշացնող ազդանշան լինի այն բանի, որ դուք պատրաստվում եք նեղացնել դիմացինին: Այսպիսով՝ դիմացինն արդեն իսկ տրամադրվում է, որ դուք մի անհաճո բան եք ասելու:
‹‹Էս ոնց որ մի քիչ լցվել ես, հա՞››, ‹‹Վայ, էս ոնց ես նիհարել››
Քաշը և արտաքին տեսքին վերաբերող այլ բան պատկանում են զգայուն թեմաների շարքին: Անկախ նրանից՝ դուք կատակում եք, թե հաճոյախոսում, նմանատիպ արտահայտությունները կարող են տհաճ և անցանկալի լինել: Այսպիսով՝ փոխարինեք դրանք հետևյալով՝ ‹‹հիանալի տեսք ունես››:
‹‹Տարիքիդ համեմատ շատ լավ տեսք ունես››
Եվ մեկ թեմա, որը պատկանում է զգայունների կատեգորիային՝ տարիք: Այս արտահայտությամբ դուք կարծես ասում եք՝ ‹‹դե տարիքակիցներիդ համեմատ այդքան էլ ծեր տեսք չունես, լավ ես պահպանվել››: Կրկին շատ ավելի լավ է ասել ‹‹հիանալի տեսք ունես››:
‹‹Իսկը քեզ նման ես››, ‹‹Քո տիպիկ պահվածքն է››, ‹քքեզ շատ բնորոշ է››
Մի՛ պիտակավորեք մարդկանց: Նմանատիպ արտահայտությունները կարող են կոնֆլիկտ առաջացնել: Ավելի լավ է փորձել մեղմ կերպով քննարկել իրավիճակը, օրինակ՝ ‹‹ես նյարդայնանում եմ, երբ կեղտոտ ամանները դնում ես լվացարանի մեջ, արի՛ քննարկենք, թե ինչ կարող ենք անել այս իրավիճակը փոխելու համար››: ‹‹Ես›› դերանունն օգտագործելով՝ դուք ուշադրություն եք հրավիրում ձեր զգացողություններին, այլ ոչ թե դիմացինի թերություններին:
‹‹Եթե ինձ իսկապես սիրեիր, ապա…››
Այս արտահայտությունն ասելով՝ դուք ոչ միայն էմոցիոնալ մանիպուլյացիայի եք ենթարկում դիմացինին, այլև ցույց տալիս, որ ձեզ դուր չի գալիս իրենց վերաբերմունքը ձեր հանդեպ: Սա դժվար թե օգնի ամրացնել ձեր հարաբերությունները: Նախընտրելի է օգտագործել հետևյալ արտահայտությունը՝ ‹‹Ես ավելի լավ կզգայի, եթե մենք…››:
‹‹Դու նրա համար չափազանց լավն էիր››, ‹‹Նա քեզ արժանի չէր››
