Իրանագետը Ռոհանիի երդման արարողությանն Ալիևի բացակայությունը պայմանավորում է ադրբեջանա-իրանական հարաբերություններում առկա խնդիրներով

Վերջին տարիներին իրանա-ադրբեջանական երկկողմ հարաբերություններում ի հայտ են եկել բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ, որոնց պատճառով Իրանը վերանայում է իր քաղաքականությունը Հարավային Կովկասում: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրուցում այս մասին ասաց իրանագետ Արմեն Իսրայելյանը: Նրա խոսքով` մի փոքր ժամանակահատվածում երկու երկրների միջև տնտեսական ակտիվություն նկատվեց, սակայն Իրանի և Ադրբեջանի քաղաքական խնդիրները այնքան շատ էին, որ այդ համագործակցությունը հնարավոր չեղավ զարգացնել:
«Ադրբեջանը երբեք չի դադարել հակաիրանական գործունեություն ծավալել, երբեք չի դադարել իրանցի հոգևորականների նկատմամբ վիրավորական քաղաքականությունից և իրանական տարածքների նկատմամբ նկրտումներից: Պարզապես 2013 թվականից հետո Թեհրանի կողմից մի փոքր փոխվեց և վերանայվեց հարավկովկասյան քաղաքականությունը, ու Ադրբեջանի հետ ունեցած քաղաքական խնդիրները մի կողմ դրվեցին: Թեհրանը առաջնահերթություն տվեց տնտեսական ոլորտին, սակայն աշխարհաքաղաքական իրողությունները այնպես դասավորվեցին ,որ երկու երկրների միջև տնտեսական սերտացումը առկա խնդիրներով հանդերձ հնարավոր չէր»,- ասաց Իսրայելյանը:
Իրանագետը դա կապում է Ադրբեջանի և Սաուդյան Արաբիայի միջև օրեցօր խորացող հարաբերությունների հետ:
«Ներկայումս Իրանին անհանգստացնում է Ադրբեջան-Սաուդյան Արաբիա՝ օրեցօր խորացող հարաբերությունները, որովհետև Սաուդյան Արաբիան ուղղակիորեն սպառնում է Իրանի ազգային անվտանգությանը: Բացի այդ, Ադրբեջանի իշխանության թույլտվությամբ ծավալուն գործունեություն են իրականացնում Վահաբական ծայրահեղական խմբավորումները, և Իրանը բազմիցս ահազանգել է այդ մասին», -ասաց իրանագետը:
Ըստ Իսրայելյանի` Իրան-Ադրբեջան երկաթգծի կառուցման վերաբերյալ Ադրբեջանի «խոստումը» հերթական ադրբեջանական քարոզչական դրսևորումներից էր:
« Այն հատվածը, որ ներկայացվում է, թե իբր գործարկվել է, ընդամենը 80 մետրանոց երկաթուղային կամուրջ է, որը ավարտին դեռ չի հասցվել և վերջանական փորձարկման չի ենթարկվել: Իրանի տարածքում հարյուրավոր կիլոմետրերի երկաթգիծ է անհրաժեշտ, հետևաբար՝ այն քարոզչական մակարդակում է, և երկաթգծի կառուցման ծրագրի իրականցման իրական հեռանկարն օրեցօր մարում է»,- ընդգծեց իրանագետը:
Իսրայելյանի կարծիքով` Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը մտադրված չմասնակցեց ԻԻՀ Հասան Ռոհանիի երդման արարողությանը՝ ցույց տալու համար, որ երկու երկրների միջև խնդիրներ կան, և Ադրբեջանը հրաժարվում է այն պայմանավորվածություններից և համաձայնություններից, որոնք եղել են երկու երկրների միջև:
«Ադրբեջանի կողմից ֆինանսավորվող իրանալեզու կայքերը պարծենալով ներկայացնում են, թե Ռոհանին հրավիրեց Ալիևին այցելել երդման արարողությանը, սակայն Ալիևը մերժեց: Բնականաբար, Միլի Մեջլիսի նախագահ Օքտայ Ասադը այն գործիչը չէ, ով որոշումներ է կայացնում : Սա, իհարկե, Ադրբեջանի կողմից հստակ մեսիջ է՝ ուղղված Թեհրանին, որ այսուհետ այս ձևաչափով են զարգանալու երկկողմ հարաբերությունները և կարծում եմ` Թեհրանը վերանայելու է Հարավային Կովկասում իր վարած քաղաքականությունը, և այս քաղաքականության մեջ Հայաստանը իր կարևոր դերակատարումը կունենա»,- եզրափակեց Իսրայելյանը:
