ԵՊՀ դիմորդների թիվն այս տարի նվազել է մոտ 500-ով. մասնագետները դա չեն կապում բուհերի վատ աշխատանքի հետ

Հայաստանում 2017 թվականին հայտագրվել է բուհի 9559 դիմորդ։ Նրանցից ընդունվել են 8266-ը։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին հայտնեց ԵՊՀ միջհամալսարանական կրթության վարչության պետ Վաչագան Գալստյանը։ 

«Արդեն երկու շաբաթ է՝ ավարտվել է ընդունելության գործընթացը բոլոր բուհերում։ Միասնական համակարգով ընդունելության առաջին և երկրորդ փուլերի արդյունքներով այս տարի Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում հայտագրվել է 9559 հոգի։ ԵՊՀ դիմորդների թիվն այս տարի նվազել է մոտ 500-ով, բայց, ինչպես բոլոր տարիներին, Մայր բուհի դիմորդների թիվը կազմել է ընդհանուր թվի շուրջ 30 տոկոսը։ ԵՊՀ-ն 3000 վճարովի և 368 անվճար տեղեր է հայտագրել»,- ասաց Վաչագան Գալստյանը։ 

Երևանի պետական համալսարանում վերջին տարիներին ինֆորմատիկայի և կիրառական մաթեմատիկայի, մշակութաբանության, միջազգային հարաբերությունների, իրավագիտության ֆակուլտետում, սոցիալական աշխատանք մասնագիտություններով դիմորդների թիվը 1,5-2  անգամ ավելի է եղել։ Նրա խոսքով՝ շատ մտահոգիչ է ֆիզմաթ և բնագիտական բաժիններում վերջին տարիներին ընդունվողների թվի նվազումը։ 

«1995-2008 թվականներին ֆիզմաթ և բնագիտական ֆակուլտետներում ունեցել ենք նաև հարցազրույցով ընդունելություն, որն օգնում էր համալրել թափուր տեղերը։ Վերջին տարիներին մենք դիմում ենք պատկան մարմիններին, որպեսզի թույլ տան հարցազրույցով ընդունելությունը վերականգնել, քանի որ տնտեսության զարգացման համար շատ կարևոր է հիմնարար գիտությունների դերը»,- ընդգծեց ԵՊՀ միջհամալսարանական կրթության վարչության պետը։ 

Կրթության միջազգային ակադեմիայի նախագահ Անահիտ Հարությունյանն էլ իր հերթին ասաց, որ ինչպես նախորդ տարիներին, այս տարի նույնպես բժշկական մասնագիտություններով իրենց մոտ պակաս չի եղել։ 

«Դիմորդների թիվը հումանիտար մասնագիտություններով նույնպես ավելացել է, եթե համեմատենք նախորդ տարվա հետ։ Օգոստոս ամսի վերջին սփյուռքահայ դիմորդների հոսքը սկսվելու է։ Մենք նրանց վրա ենք հույս դնում  և, կարծում եմ, տեղերը համալրելու առումով բոլոր բուհերն էլ հույսը դնում են արտասահմանցի ուսանողների վրա»,- ասաց Անահիտ Հարությունյանը։ 

Նրա խոսքով՝ այս ամենը բուհերի վատ աշխատանքի արդյունք չէ։ Պատճառը բնակչության թվի պակասն է, ինչպես նաև 18 տարի առաջ ծնելիության ցածր ցուցանիշը։ 

Սոցիոլոգ Ահարոն Ադիբեկյանը նշեց, որ վերջին 10 տարվա ընթացքում Հայաստանում գործող 85 բուհերից մնացել է 60-ը, իսկ ուսանողների թիվը 110 հազարից դարձել է 85 հազար։ Հակադարձելով Կրթության միջազգային ակադեմիայի նախագահին՝ Ադիբեկյանն ասաց, որ դիմորդների պակասի խնդիրը կապված չէ միայն ծնելիության հետ։ 

«Հիմնականում պահպանվում են այն մասնագիտությունները, որտեղ երեխան դեռ դպրոցում ուղղորդված է եղել, այցելել է ֆիզմաթ դպրոց կամ նկարել է սովորել։ Նմանատիպ մասնագիտություններում կրճատում չի նշվում, իսկ հումանիտար առարկաներում, ինչպես նաև տնտեսագիտության դեպքում, բավականին լուրջ պակաս կա»,-ընդգծեց սոցիոլոգը և կարևորեց այն փաստը, որ դպրոցի շրջանավարտների մոտ 60 տոկոսը մասնագիտական կողմնորոշում չունի։
