Թունավոր կենդանիների հետ շփման արդյունքում հիվանդացության ցուցանիշն աճել է 2 անգամ

Սննդային թունավորման 10 և քիմիական թունավորման 218 դեպք է գրանցվել Հայաստանում հունիս ամսին: Կենդանիների հետ շփման հետևանքով առաջացած թունավոր նյութի ազդեցությունից հիվանդացության ցուցանիշն աճել է 2 անգամ՝ նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակի համեմատ: Սննդային թունավորման դեպքերի կանխարգելման նպատակով օջախներում իրականացվել է բժշկահիգիենիկ գիտելիքների տարածում: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին են վկայում ՀՀ Առողջապահության նախարարության «Վարակիչ հիվանդությունների, սննդային և քիմիական թունավորումների համաճարակաբանական իրավիճակ» 2017թ. տեղեկագրի արդյունքները:
Հունիսին սննդային թունավորման հետևանքով մահվան դեպք չի արձանագրվել: Բոտուլիզմի դեպք է արձանագրվել Արարատի մարզում, ստաֆիլակոկային սննդային թունավորման դեպք՝ Կոտայքում, իսկ սնկից թունավորման դեպքեր՝ Երևանում, Կոտայքում, Լոռիում և Արարատում: Դեպքերի համաճարակաբանական հետազոտության արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ սնկից թունավորման պատճառ հիմնականում հանդիսացել է տուժածների կամ նրանց հարազատների կողմից հավաքված սունկը, միայն մեկ դեպքում թունավորման պատճառ է նշվում ճանապարհից գնված սունկը: Սնկից թունավորումների աճը հունիսին պայմանավորված է թունավորմանը բնորոշ սեզոնայնությամբ: Ստաֆիլակոկային սննդային թունավորման համար որպես պատճառ է նշվում վակուումային փաթեթավորմամբ թել պանրի օգտագործումը, իսկ բոտուլիզմի առաջացման համար՝ տնային պայմաններում պահածոյացված կարմիր պղպեղը:
2017-ի հունիսին արձանագրվել է սննդային թունավորման 10 դեպք՝ 13 տուժածով: Դրանից՝ սնկի թունավորման 8 դեպք՝ 11 տուժածով, բուտուլիզմի, ստաֆիլակոկային սննդային թունավորման 1-ական դեպք՝ 1-ական տուժածով: Բոլոր տուժածները դուրս են գրվել առողջացմամբ:
Նախորդ տարվա հունիսի համեմատ քիմիական թունավորումներից հիվանդացության ցուցանիշը մնացել է նույնը, միաժամանակ՝ կենդանիների հետ շփման արդյունքում թունավոր նյութի ազդեցությունից հիվանդացության ցուցանիշն աճել է 2 անգամ: Նման աճը պայմանավորված է կենդանիների՝ օձերի, կարիճների և անհայտ միջատների սեզոնային ակտիվությամբ:
Քիմիական թունավորումներից 35.3 տոկոսը՝ կենդանիների հետ շփման արդյունքում առաջացած թունավոր նյութի ազդեցությունից է (48 տոկոս՝ օձ, 41.6 տոկոս՝ կարիճ, 101.4 տոկոս՝ անհայտ միջատ), 27.5 տոկոսը՝ դեղամիջոցներով թունավորումներից, 14. 7 տոկոսը ալկոհոլային թունավորումներից:
