Ոչ բոլոր մեծահասակներն են կարողանում համբերատար սպասել, էլ չասած՝ երեխաների մասին: EnterTrain-ը ներկայացնում է մեթոդներ, որոնք օգնում են զարգացնել ինքնավերահսկողությունը և ձանձրույթին դիմանալ:
Վիզուալացրեք ժամանակը
Երեխաների համար բարդ է հասկանալ՝ 15 րոպեն ինչով է տարբերվում 45-ից, ուստի ժամանակը պետք է առավելագույնս վիզուալացնել:
Ինչպես չի կարելի՝ «Մեկ ժամից դուրս ենք գալիս», «10 րոպե ունես խաղալիքները հավաքելու համար»:
Ինչպես է պետք՝ «Հայրիկն աշխատանքից կգա, երբ արևը թաքնվի այն տանիքի հետևում»:
Սպասումը երեխայի համար այնքան տանջալից չի լինի, երբ նա կարողանա համեմատել՝ «Օ, դա այնքան արագ է որքան ատամները մաքրելը»:
Երեխային սովորեցրեք խաղեր, որոնք կարելի է մենակ խաղալ
Երեխան կկարողանա ցանկացած տեղ ցանկացած ժամանակ հետաքրքիր խաղով զբաղվել:
Ինչ խաղեր չի կարելի խաղալ՝ սմարթֆոնով կամ պլանշետով խաղալն ընդհատում են երևակայության և կրեատիվի զարգացումը:

Ինչպիսիք են պետք՝ խճանկար, գանձերի որոնում, հեքիաթների հորինում, մայր ու աղջիկ և այլն:
Խաղ-հաշվարկ հասարակական վայրերում
Երկու մասնակիցները ցանկություն են պահում և պայմանավորվոմ են՝ ինչ նշանով են իրեր փնտրելու (գույն, ձև, անվանման առաջին տառ): Ով ավելի արագ հաշվի 20 (կարելի որքան ասես) շրջապատող առարկա ընտրված նշանով, նա էլ կհաղթի, նշանակում է՝ ցանկությունն առաջինը կիրականանա:
Հնարքն ինչումն է: Նախ՝ սա ազարտային խաղ է, շատ գրավիչ է, կանոններն էլ կարելի է կարգավորել երեխայի տարիքից կախված: Երկրորդ՝ պարտադիր չէ, որ ծնողը դրան ակտիվորեն մասնակցի, երեխաները սովորաբար երկուսի փոխարեն են հաշվում:
Մեծահասակներին չընդհատելու պարզ միջոց
Երբ երեխան ինչ-որ բան է ուզում ասել, իսկ մայրն այդ ընթացքում ուրիշի հետ է խոսում, նա պետք է մոտենա և իր ձեռքը մոր ձեռքի վրա դնի (կամ ուսին): Երբ մայրն իր ձեռը դնի երեխայի ձեռքի վրա, նշանակում է՝ «լսեց» նրան և կաշխատի հնարավորինս շուտ նրան ուշադրություն դարձնել:
Եթե պետք է երկար սպասել (արձակուրդ, Նոր տարի)
Սպասմանը կօգնի օրացույցը: Ամեն օր մինչև նշված օրը պատրաստվում են մաղթանքներով կամ ստեղծագործական առաջադրանքներով բացիկներ, փոքր նվերներով կամ քաղցրավենիքով պարկեր:
