Բացահայտվել է Լոռու մարզում անչափահաս բնակչի դանակահարությունը

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ Վանաձոր քաղաքի անչափահաս բնակչին ծանր մարմնական վնաս պատճառելու բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
2017 թվականի օգոստոսի 4-ին` ժամը 22:00-ին, «Վանաձորի բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲ ընկերությունից ահազանգ է ստացվել առ այն, որ «կրծքավանդակի ծակած-կտրած թափանցող վերք` ձախից» ախտորոշմամբ բուժօգնության է դիմել նույն քաղաքի անչափահաս մի բնակիչ՝ ծնված 2002թ., ով հայտարարել է, որ վնասվածքն ստացել է Վանաձորի դպրոցներից մեկի մոտ վայր ընկնելու հետեւանքով:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:
Քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ անչափահասը նշված մարմնական վնասվածքն ստացել է վիճաբանության ժամանակ, փաստական տվյալներ ձեռք բերվել` ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնության վերաբերյալ, ով եւս անչափահաս է՝ ծնված 2001 թվականին:
Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ Վանաձոր քաղաքի անչափահաս բնակիչների միջեւ վիճաբանությունը տեղի է ունեցել օգոստոսի 4-ին՝ ժամը 19:00-ի սահմաններում, Վանաձոր քաղաքի դպրոցներից մեկի մոտ, որի ընթացքում էլ 15-ամյա պատանին դանակահարվել է։ Մարմնական վնասվածք է հայտնաբերվել նաեւ 16-ամյա կասկածյալի վրա, ով հայտարարել է, որ վնասվածքն ստացել է նույն վիճաբանության ժամանակ։
Նախաքննության ընթացքում Վանաձոր քաղաքի 15-ամյա բնակիչը ճանաչվել է տուժող, 16-ամյա կասկածյալի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ծնողի հսկողությանը հանձնելը։
Քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ, կատարվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական եւ դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, լրիվ եւ ամբողջական քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
