Շիրակում այս տարի հացահատիկի բերքի ցուցանիշները գոհացնող չեն: Արդեն 10 օր է, ինչ մարզում մեկնարկել է բերքահավաքը: Հիմնական այն համայնքները, որոնք ունեն մեծ հացահատիկային ցանքատարածություններ, բերքահավաքն արդեն ավարտել են: Հիմա աշխատանքներն ընթանում են Անիի և Արթիկի վերին գոտիներում: Թեև դեռ ցանքատարածություններ կան, որտեղ բերքահավաք է իրականացվելու, սակայն արդեն իսկ պարզ է՝ մարզում այս տարի սակավ է, և դա՝ բնակլիմայական պայմանների պատճառով: :
Այս մասին ասաց Շիրակի մարզպետարանի գյուղատնտեսության վարչության պետ Մովսես Մանուկյանը: «Եթե համեմատական անցկացնենք անցած տարվա հետ, ապա անցած տարի հենց նույն տարածքներում բերքահավաքը տևում էր շուրջ 20 օր, իսկ այս տարի նույնիսկ 10 օր չտևեց՝ քանի որ հացահատիկի միջին բերքը ցածր է: Տարածքներ կան, որ բերքը շատ ցածր է, օրինակ՝ Անիի միջին տարածքներ, որտեղ երաշտն իր խոսքն ասել է: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, երաշտն է հիմնականում ազդել բերքի վրա: Եթե անգամ ջրովի տարածքների միջին բերքն ենք համեմատում՝ 1 հեկտարից մոտ 20 ցենտներ պակաս է ստացվել: Մեղավորը ոչ թե հողի մշակն է կամ թերի ագրոկուլտուրական գործողությունները, այլ միանշանակ բնակլիմայական պայամնները, իսկ փաստը մնում է այն, որ այս տարի նախորդ տարվա համեմատ, հացահատիկային մշակաբույսերի բավական ցածր բերք կունենանք»,-նշեց գյուղատնտեսության վարչության պետը՝ տեղեկացնելով, որ մարզում, ներկա պահին, միջին բերքը տատանվում է 15 ցենտների սահմաններում, մինչդեռ անցած տարի 30 ցենտներ է եղել:
Բացի բնակլիմայական պայմաններից՝ այս տարի մարզում նաև շուրջ 8 հազար հեկտար պակաս ցանքատարածություն է ցանվել՝ չի իրականացվել սերմնարտադրության պետական ծրագիրը: Այս հանգամանքը ևս հաշվի առնելով՝ պատասխանատուն նշում է, որ անցած տարվա համեմատ ցանքերի պակասի պատճառով, 14 հազար տոննա բերք պակաս կլինի: «Այս ամենը հաշվի առնելով՝ կարող ենք ասել, որ եթե անցած տարի մոտ 130 հազար տոննա բերք ենք ունեցել, ապա այս տարի միջին բերքը կլինի 70 հազար տոննա»,- ավելացրեց Մովսես Մանուկյանը:
