Կառլա դել Պոնտեն լքում Է ՄԱԿ-ի՝ Սիրիայի հարցերով «անօգուտ» հանձնաժողովը

Շվեյցարացի դատախազ Կառլա դել Պոնտեն հայտարարել Է Սիրիայում մարդու իրավունքների խախտումների հետաքննության ՄԱԿ-ի հանձնաժողովից իր հեռանալու մասին: Հանձնաժողովը, նրա խոսքով՝ «բացարձակապես ոչինչ չի անում», տեղեկացնում Է BBC-ն:
Դել Պոնտեն, որն ավելի վաղ հայտնի Էր նախկին Հարավսլավիայում մարդկության դեմ կատարված հանցագործությունների՝ հետաքննություններով, ՄԱԿ-ի Սիրիայում հետաքննության հանձնաժողովում աշխատել Է գրեթե հինգ տարի: «Ես խռովքի մեջ եմ, տեղի եմ տալիս,- ասել Է նա շվեյցարական Blick թերթին:- Ես պաշտոնաթողության դիմում եմ գրել եւ մոտ օրերս կուղարկեմ»:
«Սիրիայում բոլորը (հակամարտության կողմերը) չարի կողմում են: Բաշար Ասադի կառավարությունը սոսկալի հանցագործություններ Է կատարել մարդկության դեմ եւ կիրառել Է քիմիական զենք: Իսկ ընդդիմությունն այժմ բաղկացած Է ծայրահեղականներից եւ ահաբեկիչներից»,- հավելել Է նա:
Քաղաքացիական պատերազմի հետեւանքով Սիրիայում արդեն զոհվել Է 300 հազար մարդ, միլիոնավոր մարդիկ դարձել են փախստականներ կամ հարկադիր վերաբնակներ:
«Ես հեռանում եմ այդ հանձնաժողովից, որն ամրակայված չԷ քաղաքական կամքով,- ասել Է դել Պոնտեն Լուկառնոյի կինոփառատոնում կայացած բանավեճի ընթացքում:- Ես ոչ մի իշխանություն չունեմ, քանի դեռ (ՄԱԿ-ի) Անվտանգության խորհուրդը ոչինչ չի անում: Սիրիայի համար արդարություն չկա»:
Սիրիայում հետաքննության՝ ՄԱԿ-ի Անկախ միջազգային հանձնաժողովն աշխատում Է 2013 թվականից: Այն լիազորված Է հետաքննելու միջազգային իրավունքի բոլոր խախտումները, ռազմական հանցագործությունները եւ մարդկության դեմ հանցագործությունները: Հանձնաժողովի կազմում են Պաուլու Սերժիու Պինեյրոն, Կառլա դել Պոնտեն, Վիտիտ Մունթարբհոռնը եւ Կարեն Աբուզեյդը:
