200 մլ ջուր եռացրեք, 1/2 թ. գ. դարչինի փոշի ավելացրեք և թողեք 30 րոպե: Երբ ջուրը բավականաչափ սառչի, պետք է 1 թ. գ. մեղր ավելացնեք և ըմպելիքը դնեք սառնարանը: Այս շատ օգտակար ըմպելիքի մեկ բաժակ խմեք քնելուց 30 րոպե առաջ: Այլևս ոչինչ չավելացնեք ըմպելիքի մեջ: Այն պետք չէ օրվա ընթացքում խմել, այն ազդում է միայն երբ քնած եք:
