««Եթե իրենց պարտականությունները չկատարեն, կա՛մ իրենք իրենց կամքով հրաժարական կտան, կա՛մ կազատվեն աշխատանքից, երրորդ տարբերակը, որ կառավարությունը աչքերը փակի»,- պատասխանելով «Առավոտի» հարցին, թե շափորոշիչները չապահոված մարզպետներին ինչ է սպասվում, ասաց «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր, ԱԺ տարածքային կառավարման, տեղական ինքնակառավարման, գյուղատնտեսության և բնապահպանության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Վարդևան Գրիգորյանը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության կողմից մշակվել են մարզպետների գործունեության գնահատման նոր շափորոշիչներ: Այսուհետ մարզպետների աշխատանքը կգնահատվի ներգրաված 11 չափորոշիչներով: Այսինքն՝ տարածքային ՀՆԱ-ով, մարզի վարչական տարածքում կատարված ներդրումների ծավալով, մարզում աշխատատեղերի թվաքանակով, համայնքային բյուջեների սեփական եկամուտներով, համայնք- մասնավոր հատված համագործակցությունով, աղբահանության և սանիտարական մաքրումով, մարզում ֆերմերային տնտեսությունների թվաքանակով, մարզի գյուղատնտեսությունում արդիական տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրմամբ, և թե մարզի ընտանիքների ընդհանուր թվի մեջ որքան կկազմի աղքատության շեմից ցածր գտնվող ընտանիքների թիվը, բացի այդ՝ հաշվի կառնվի դպրոցներում աշակերտ-ուսուցիչ հարաբերակցությունը նաև. առողջապահական կազմակերպությունների տարեկան բյուջեի մեջ վճարովի ծառայությունների տեսակարար կշիռը»,-գրում է թերթը:
