ԱՄՆ-ը ոչնչացրել Է «Աշ-Շաբաբ» իսլամիստական կազմակերպության պարագլխին

ԱՄՆ-ի ռազմական հրամանատարությունը հաստատել Է «Աշ-Շաբաբ» իսլամիստական կազմակերպության պարագլխի մահը: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնել Է Associated Press-ը:
Աֆրիկայում ամենաարյունարբու իսլամիստական խմբի ղեկավար Ալի Մոհամադ Հուսեյնը, որը հայտնի Է նաեւ որպես Ալի Ջեբել, Սոմալիում սպանվել Է հուլիսի 30-ին իրականացված ավիահարվածի հետեւանքով: Նա «Աշ-Շաբաբի» ամենաբարձրաստիճան անդամն Է, որն սպանվել Է այս տարի:
ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը 2017 թվականի սկզբին հավանություն Է տվել «Ալ Քաիդա»-ի հետ կապված «Աշ-Շաբաբ» խմբավորման դեմ ռազմական գործողությունների ընդլայնմանը: Հանձնարարվել Էր ավելացնել օդից հարվածների թիվը Սոմալիի հարավային մասում ակտիվ մարտական գործողությունների շրջաններին:
Զինվորականների հայտարարության մեջ նշվում Է, որ նա պատաասխանատու Էր Մոգադիշո մայրաքաղաքի վրա հարձակումների ժամանակ այս խմբավորման ուժերի ղեկավարման համար: 2017 թվականի սկզբին ունեցած իր վերջին հրապարակային ելույթում Ալի Ջեբելը հայտարարել Էր, որ խմբավորումը Մոգադիշոյում հաղթում Է սոմալական կառավարության դեմ պատերազմում:
Ավելի վաղ հուլիսին «Աշ-Շաբաբի» զինյալները ցանցում զետեղել Էին Թրամփին ուղղված իրենց դիմումը, որտեղ վիրավորել Էին ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահին եւ նրան անվանել «անուղեղ» միլիարդատեր», հաղորդել Է «Ինտերֆաքս»-ը:
