ԱԻՆ-ում գումարվել է արտակարգ իրավիճակների պատճառած վնասները գնահատող հանձնաժողովի նիստ

ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունում oգոստոսի 4-ին հրավիրվել էր արտակարգ իրավիճակների հետևանքով ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձանց պատճառված վնասները գնահատող հանրապետական հանձնաժողովի նիստ, որը վարում էր հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, ԱԻ նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը:
Հիմնական նպատակն էր քննարկել հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքի բարելավման և արդյունավետության բարձրացման ուղիները:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից,
քննարկման ընթացքում առաջարկություններ հնչեցին միջազգային փորձագետների հետ համատեղ վնասի գնահատման չափորոշիչներ և մեթոդաբանություն մշակելու, վնասի մասին ակտի միասնական կարգ ու ձևաչափ սահմանելու, ինչպես նաև հանրապետական հանձնաժողովների անդամներին, ըստ անհրաժեշտության, վնասի գնահատման մարզային կամ համայնքային հանձնաժողովների աշխատանքի մեջ ներգրավելու վերաբերյալ՝ հնարավոր շահարկումները բացառելու համար:
Նիստի ավարտին որոշում կայացվեց վերոնշյալ խնդիրների ուղղությամբ մշակել համատեղ առաջակություններ՝ ՀՀ կառավարության և վարչապետի համապատասխան որոշումներում փոփոխություններ կատարելու համար
