Շամիրամում սպանդի 4 զոհերին հուղարկավորեցին միասին
SOCIETYԱրագածոտնի մարզի եզդիաբնակ Շամիրամ գյուղում այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 4-ին, հողին հանձնեցին օգոստոսի 1-ին սգո սրահում տեղի ունեցած սպանդի 4 զոհերին:
Սպանված Ամո Խուդոյանին, Զորո Օզմանյանին, Ամրո Օզմանյանին եւ Աղասի Քալոյանին հուղարկավորել են միասին, գյուղի գերեզմանատանը:
Նշենք, որ սպանվածներից երկուսը Շամիրամի բնակիչներ են եղել, մյուս երկուսը եկել էին Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունից: Զորո եւ Ամրո Օզմանյանները հորեղբոր որդիներ էին, նրանց ազգական էր նաեւ Աղասի Քալոյանը:
Ավելի վաղ ոստիկանությունը հաղորդել էր, որ նախնական տվյալով, 2017թ. օգոստոսի 1-ին 4 Թելման Քալաշյանը ժամը 09:30-ի սահմանում գումարային հարցերի շուրջ հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել իր ազգականի հետ՝ վերջինի բարեկամներին տված պարտքով գումարը ստանալու պահանջով, որը վերածվել է վիճաբանության: Այնուհետև՝ Թելման Քալաշյանը, իմանալով, որ ազգականը բարեկամներն ու ընկերները գտնվում են Արագածոտնի մարզի Շամիրամ գյուղի գերեզմանատանը կից տեղակայված սգո սրահում, իր վարած «VAZ 21214» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով ժամանել է նշված վայր: Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ Թ. Քալաշյանը մուտք է գործել սգո սրահ, հայհոյանքներ հնչեցրել, ապա՝ իր մոտ գտնվող հրազենով կրակոցներ է արձակել սրահում գտնվող բազմաթիվ անձանց ուղղությամբ, որի հետևանքով 4 անձ մահացել է, 7-ը՝ ստացել տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներ: Հանցավոր մտադրությունն իրականացնելուց հետո Թելման Քալաշյանն իր ավտոմեքենայով դիմել է փախուստի:
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ քննիչը որոշում է կայացրել Թելման Քալաշյանին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 6-րդ կետերով, 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին, նրա նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում: Վերջինիս հորեղբայրը ձերբակալվել է՝ հանցագործությունը պարտակելու կասկածանքով:
