Vanity Fair-ը չի հերքի երեխաներին ծաղրելու մասին Անջելինա Ջոլիի խոսքերը

Անջելինա Ջոլին վերջերս առաջին հարցազրույցն էր տվել Բրեդ Փիթից բաժանվելուց հետո: Vanity Fair-ին նա պատմել էր ընտանիքում հարաբերությունների, ինչպես նաեւ այն մասին, թե ինչպես է իր First They Killed My Father ֆիլմի համար Կամբոջայում դերասան երեխաների փնտրել: Գլխավոր դերակատարի ընտրության ժամանակ երեխաների առջեւ սեղանին թղթադրամ են դրել եւ առաջարկել գողանալ այն: Հետո Ջոլին «բռնել» է գողին, որը պետք է խաբեր՝ փորձելով հիմնավորել, թե ինչու է իրեն անհրաժեշտ գումարը:
42-ամյա դերասանուհին որոշել է պարզաբանել մի քանի բան, որոնք ցնցել էին արեւմտյան մամուլը՝ Ջոլիին մեղադրելով երեխաներին ծաղրելու մեջ: Էնջին Vanity Fair-ին մեղադրել է այն բանում, որ սխալ են մեջբերել իր խոսքը, ի պատասխան՝ պարբերականը բացառի ներկայացրել է Ջոլիի հետ զրույցի այդ հատվածը.
«Մենք խաղի տեսքով երեխաների հետ ընտրություն էինք կազմակերպել: Խաղն այսպիսին էր. մենք սեղանին թղթադրամ էինք դնում եւ երեխաներին խնդրում մտածել, թե ինչի համար է այն իրենց պետք: Երբեմն մենք փողի փոխարեն քաղցրավենիք էինք օգտագործում: Այնուհետեւ երեխային խնդրում էինք գողանալ դրանք, իսկ մենք «բռնում» էինք նրան: Դրանից հետո երեխան պետք է մեզ խաբեր, որ ոչ մի փողի ձեռք չի տվել: Հետաքրքիր էր հետեւել, թե ինչպես են երեխաները հաղթահարում խնդիրը: Ոմանք անհարմար էին զգում դա անել տեսախցիկի առջեւ»,- Ջոլիի խոսքերն է մեջբերում պարբերականը:
Հայտնի է դարձել նաեւ, որ Ջոլիի փաստաբանը խնդրել է ամսագրի առցանց տարբերակից ջնջել հրապարակումը, իսկ Vanity Fair-ի հոկտեմբերի համարում հերքում հրապարակել, սակայն պարբերականը հրաժարվել է:
