Ռուսաստանը ԼՂ հակամարտության շուտափույթ լուծում է ակնկալում

ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանը Ժնեւ կատարած այցի ընթացքում հոկտեմբերի 19-ին Միջխորհրդարանական միության 133-րդ վեհաժողովի շրջանակում հանդիպել է Սերգեյ Նարիշկինի հետ: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԺ հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարÕ �ությունից:
ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահն իր խոսքում նշել է, որ Հայաստանը մեծապես կարեւորում է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ փոխգործակցության ընդլայնումը բոլոր բնագավառներում, այդ թվում՝ խորհրդարանական ձեւաչափով, քանի որ ազգային օրենսդրությունների ներդաշնակեցման եւ ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացների ամուր իրավական հիմքերի ձեւավորման գործում մեծ դերակատարություն ունի միջխորհրդարանական գործակցությունը:
Գալուստ Սահակյանը փաստել է, որ բարեկամ երկրների միջեւ փոխգործակցությունը կանոնավոր կերպով զարգանում է: Խոսելով բազմակողմ համագործակցության մասին՝ ԱԺ նախագահը մասնավորապես ընդգծել է. «Անհրաժեշտ է ընդլայնել ու խորացնել երկու երկրների համագործակցությունը միջազգային կառույցներում: Եվս մեկ անգամ վերահաստատում եմ մեր պատրաստակամությունը միջազգային խորհրդարանական հարթակներում շարունակելու արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը՝ ի նպաստ մեր երկրների»: Գալուստ Սահակյանը նշել է նաեւ, որ Հայաստանը կողմ է Միջխորհրդարանական միությունու մ ռուսերենը պաշտոնական կամ աշխատանքային լեզու դարձնելու Ռուսաստանի առաջարկին:
Խոսելով ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի մասին՝ Գալուստ Սահակյանը Սերգեյ Նարիշկինին տեղեկացրել է, որ Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է խախտել հրադադարի ռեժիմը: ՀՀ խորհրդարանի ղեկավարը մտահոգություն է հայտնել, որ Ադրբեջանն սկսել է ավելի ծանր զինտեխնիկա կիրառել:
«Մենք՝ քաղաքական գործիչներս, գուցե հասկանում ենք, թե ինչու Ռուսաստանն ավելի կոշտ արձագանքներ չի հնչեցնում Ադրբեջանի գործողությունների վերաբերյալ, սակայն հայ հասարակությունը, որը Ռուսաստանն ընդունում է որպես եղբայրական պետություն, այլ սպասումներ ունի»,-իր խոսքում նշել է Գալուստ Սահակյանը:
Սերգեյ Նարիշկինը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել հանդիպման եւ աջակցության համար:
ՌԴ Պետական դումայի ղեկավարը, խոսելով միջազգային հարթակներում փոխշահավետ համագործակցության մասին, վստահություն է հայտնել, որ այն կշարունակվի եւ առավել կզարգանա: Անդրադառնալով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրին՝ Սերգեյ Նարիշկինը նշել է, թե Ռուսաստանի մեծ ցանկությունն է, որ ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդիրը ստանա շուտափույթ լուծում բացառապես խաղաղ ճանապարհով, եւ հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունները հնարավորինս բարելավվեն:
Սերգեյ Նարիշկինը խոսել է նաեւ Սիրիայում ռուսական գործողությունների մասին եւ նշել, որ Ռուսաստանի կիրառած համապատասխան միջոցառումներն արդեն տվել են դրական արդյունքներ:
