Վարչապետին զեկուցվել է գործարար միջավայրի բարելավման 2017 թ. միջոցառումների ընթացքի մասին

Վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի գլխավորությամբ կառավարությունում տեղի է ունեցել խորհրդակցություն, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել է Հայաստանի գործարար միջավայրի բարելավման (Doing Business) 2017 թվականի միջոցառումների իրականացման ընթացքը: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, զեկուցվել է, որ ընթացիկ տարվա համար նախատեսված 49 միջոցառումից արդեն իսկ իրականացվել է 20-ը: Նախատեսվում է, որ 2017թ.-ի միջոցառումների իրականացման արդյունքում Համաշխարհային բանկի անենամյա զեկույցում 150 պետությունների շարքում մեր երկիրն իր դիրքը կբարելավի 12 կետով: Հայաստանը նախորդ տարի դիրքը բարելավել է 5 կետով և զբաղեցրել 38-րդ հորիզոնականը: Նշվել է, որ միջոցառումներն իրականացվում են բիզնես սկսելու և զարգացնելու համար պահանջվող վարչարարական ընթացակարգերի պարզեցման, ՓՄՁ խթանման, ներդրողների պաշտպանվածության, շինարարական թույլտվությունների ստացման, էլեկտրոնային համակարգերի շարունակական ներդրման, վարկերի հասանելիության, սեփականության գրանցման, ենթակառուցվածքներով ապահովման ցուցանիշների բարելավման ուղղությամբ:
Վարչապետ Կարապետյանը պատասխանատուներից պահանջել է միջոցառումների իրականացման ուղղությամբ լինել խիստ հետևողական և հետադարձ կապ պահպանել բիզնես հանրության հետ՝ վերջիններիս մտահոգող հարցերը քննարկելու և խնդիրներին լուծումներ գտնելու նպատակով: «Պետք է արդեն այսօրվանից սկսել Հայաստանի գործարար միջավայրի բարելավման 2018 թվականի միջոցառումների ծրագրի մշակման աշխատանքները՝ քննարկումներ անցկացնելով շահագրգիռ բոլոր կողմերի հետ», - նշել է վարչապետը:
