Կառավարությունը կազմակերպություններին կտրամադրի ցածր տոկոսադրույքով վարկեր՝ մթերումների դիմաց տեղում վճարելու համար

Հայաստանի գյուղնախարարությունը մթերող ընկերություններին ցածր տոկոսադրույքով վարկերի միջոցով կօգնի բերքի մթերման դիմաց պայմանագրերի հիման վրա տեղում վճարել ֆերմերներին: Այդ նպատակով կառավարությունը հաստատեց գործարանների համար նպատակային արտոնյալ վարկերի պիլոտային ծրագիրը:
Գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանը նշեց, որ վարկերը կտրվեն տարեկան 3 տոկոսադրույքով (որպեսզի հումք գնելու, պատրաստի արտադրանք ունենալու, վաճառելու եւ պարտքերը մարելու ժամանակ լինի)։
Այդ վարկերի տոկոսների սուբսիդավորման համար 70 մլն դրամ կհատկացվի (շուրջ 145 հազար դոլար), որոնք տնտեսվել են գյուղնախարարության այլ ծախսերից։ Դրա շնորհիվ կհաջողվի 2.4 մլրդ դրամի վարկեր սուբսիդավորել (յուրաքանչյուր ձեռնարկությանը՝ առավելագույնը 150 մլն)։
«Սուբսիդիաները հնարավոր կլինի ստանալ միայն ֆերմերներին վճարելու համար վարկերի դեպքում։ Բացի այդ՝ գումարները կտրվեն ոչ թե գործարաններին, այլ հենց ֆերմերներին՝ ըստ պայմանագրերի։ Մենք ակնկալում ենք, որ վարկից կօգտվեն շուրջ 20 փոքր ու միջին ձեռնարկություններ»,- ասաց գյուղնախարարը։
ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը հանձնարարեց անպայման հետևել, որպեսզի հատկացվող միջոցները ճիշտ և նպատակային օգտագործվեն:
