«Այնպես որ, քիչ ծխեք». Վարչապետն արձագանքեց ծխելու դեմ պայքարի ռազմավարության նպատակներին

ՀՀ կառավարությունը հավանություն տվեց ծխելու դեմ պայքարի ռազմավարությանը և 2017-2020 թվականների միջոցառումների ծրագրին, որի նպատակն է ծխախոտի օգտագործման տարածվածությունը տարեկան նվազեցնել 1,5-2 տոկոսով:
ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Լևոն Ալթունյանը նշեց, որ ռազմավարությունը նախատեսում է իրականացնել ծրագրեր մի շարք ուղղություններով: «Դրանք միտված կլինեն ՀՀ-ում ծխելու դեմ պայքարի ուղղությամբ բոլոր շահագրգիռ կողմերի ակտիվ համագործակցության ապահովմանը, գործող օրենսդրական դաշտի վերանայմանն ու լրամշակմանը, առողջապահական կազմակերպությունների կարողությունների զարգացմանը, դեռահասների շրջանում ծխելու դեմ ուղղված միջոցառումների իրականացմանը և այլն»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, ասաց նախարարը:
Նախագծում նշված է, որ ռազմավարությամբ նախատեսված միջոցառումներն իրականացվելու են մեկ փուլով` 2017-2020 թվականների ընթացքում ակնկալվող հետևյալ արդյունքներով՝ ծխախոտի օգտագործման տարածվածության (տարեկան 1,5-2 տոկոսով) նվազեցում, 15 և բարձր տարիքի տղամարդկանց շրջանում ծխախոտի օգտագործման տարածվածության ընթացիկ ցուցանիշի հարաբերական կրճատում մինչև 10 տոկոսով:
Երկրորդային ծխի ազդեցության նվազեցում, որը կնպաստի արյան շրջանառության համակարգի հիվանդություններից, չարորակ նորագոյացություններից, թոքերի քրոնիկ օբստրուկտիվ հիվանդություններից և շաքարային դիաբետից ընդհանուր և վաղաժամ մահացության կրճատում 5%-ով:
