Ազատ տնտեսական գոտու ծրագրի առաջին փուլում կկառուցապատվի Մեղրիի մաքսային կետի հարակից տարածքը

Հայաստանի կառավարությունը հաստատեց «Մեղրի ազատ տնտեսական գոտի» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերություն հիմնադրելու նախագիծը, որի կառավարման լիազորությունները վերապահվելու են ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարությանը: Տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների փոխնախարար Գարեգին Մելքոնյանը նշեց, որ ընկերություն ստեղծելու նպատակն է ապահովել Սյունիքի մարզի Մեղրի համայնքի տարածքում ազատ տնտեսական գոտու ստեղծման, կազմակերպման և զարգացման աշխատանքը:
Փոխնախարարը հիշեցրեց, որ 2017 թվականին սկիզբ է դրվել Սյունիքի մարզում ԻԻՀ հետ հարակից տարածքում ազատ տնտեսական գոտու ստեղծման աշխատանքներին։ «Ազատ տնտեսական գոտու կառուցումը ենթադրում է փուլային բնույթ։ Առաջին փուլում նախատեսված է կառուցապատել Մեղրիի մաքսային կետի հարակից տարածքը՝ ապահովելով հիմնական արտադրական և պահեստային տարածքները, ինչը հնարավորություն կտա անխոչընդոտ մուտք գործել դեպի իրանական շուկա»,- ասաց Մելքոնյանը։
Ակնկալվում է, որ ազատ տնտեսական գոտին կլուծի ոչ միայն մարզի սոցիալ-տնտեսական խնդիրները, այլ նաև կնպաստի ՀՀ արտասահմանյան կապիտալի ներհոսքին, ՀՀ տարածքային զարգացմանը, ԻԻՀ հետ տնտեսական կապերի ամրապնդմանը, ԵԱՏՄ անդամակցության և ԵՄ հետ առկա հարաբերությունների ու տարվող բանակցությունների ներուժի առավել արդյունավետ օգտագործմանը:
Հայաստանը, լինելով ԵԱՏՄ անդամ, ունենալով առևտրի արտոնյալ ռեժիմ ԵՄ հետ և ընդհանուր սահման ԻԻՀ հետ, ունենալով միջազգային վարկանիշներով հաստատված գրավիչ ներդրումային և գործարար միջավայր՝ ԻԻՀ հետ սահմանակից ազատ տնտեսական գոտի ունենալու դեպքում կարող է լուրջ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնել Հայաստանում արտահանման կողմնորոշում ունեցող արտադրություն կազմակերպելու, Հայաստանի աշխարհագրական դիրքով պայմանավորված առևտրային և լոգիստիկ հնարավորություններն օգտագործելու համար:
ԱՏԳ-ի կազմակերպչի կողմից առաջին փուլում կիրականացվեն շուրջ 10 մլն դոլարի ներդրումներ, իսկ ազատ տնտեսական գոտում գործունեության ընթացքում ակնկալվում է, որ կներգրավվեն շուրջ 120 շահագործող ընկերություններ, որոնք կիրականացնեն 350-400 մլն դոլարի ներդրումներ, կստեղծեն ավելի քան 2500 նոր աշխատատեղեր, իսկ միջին տարեկան արտահանումը կլինի շուրջ 80-100 մլն դոլար:
