Իրաքի հյուսիսային հատվածում հազարավոր եզդիներ սպանվեցին իրենց ազգային պատկանելության համար. Ազիզ Թամոյան

Հայաստանում եզդիական համայնքը հիշում է և խոնարհվում Իրաքի հյուսիսային մասում ցեղասպանված եզդիների հիշատակի առջև: Աշխարհի եզդիների միության նախագահ Ազիզ Թամոյանը «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ 2014 թվականի օգոստոսի 3-ին Իրաքի հյուսիսային հատվածում հազարավոր եզդիներ սպանվեցին իրենց ազգային պատկանելության համար:

«Այն, ինչ տեղի ունեցավ 2014 թվականի օգոստոսի 3-ին, ցեղասպանություն էր: Դա մտածված գործողություն էր ՝ ուղղված այդ տարածքում ապրող քրիստոնյաների և եզդիների դեմ: Ահաբեկիչները ձգտում էին վերացնել եզդիներին այդ տարածքները վերցնելու համար: Նրանց դավադիր գործողությունների հետևանքով բազմաթիվ ճակատագրեր խեղվեցին: Տեղի 50 գյուղերը ֆիզիկապես բնաջնջվեցին: Բնակիչների մի մասը սպանվեց, մի մասը փախավ Սինջարի լեռները: Այնտեղ դեռ շարունակում են վրանների տակ եզդիներ բնակվել: Շատերը տեղափոխվեցին տարբեր երկրներ: Հազարավոր կանայք էլ գերի վերցվեցին: Պատկերացնո՞ւմ եք, 21-րդ դարում եզդի կանանց հանում էին վաճառքի»,-ասաց Ազիզ Թամոյանը:

Խոսելով եզդիների ցեղասպանությանը միջազգային արձագանքի մասին՝ Ազիզ Թամոյանը նշեց, որ արձագանք եղել է: Մի շարք երկրներ ճանաչել են եզդիների ցեղասպանությունը, սակայն, ըստ Ազիզ Թամոյանի, դա բավարար չէ:

«Այդ ճանաչելը թղթի վրա է մնում, պետք է գործնական քայլեր արվեն: Զորք մտցնեն և եզդիների բնակատեղերը ետ վերադարձնեն: ԱՄՆ-ն, եվրոպական երկրները, Ռուսաստանը խոստանում էին ազատագրել եզդիների բնակության վայրը, և վերադարձնել որպես ինքնավարություն, սակայն արդյունքը չի երևում»,-ավելացրեց Ազիզ Թամոյանը:

Հայաստանի եզդիները պահանջում են, որպեսզի գերտերությունները ապահովեն Իրաքի հյուսիսում բնակվող եզդիների վերադարձը իրենց տներ, և հայտարարվի եզդիական ինքնավարություն: Աշխարհի եզդիների միության նախագահը հիշեցրեց, որ 7-րդ  դարից մինչև այսօր եզդիներին ֆիզիկապես բնաջնջելու փորձեր են արվում, սակայն շարունակել են ապրել, արարել, պահպանել իրենց ինքնությունը, կրոնը:

«Մեր հարգանքի տուրքն ենք մատուցում զոհվածների հիշատակին: Նրանք զոհվեցին հանուն ազգի պահպանության, նրանց մահը պայմանավորված էր եզդիների ազգային պատկանելությամբ: Մենք շարունակելու ենք մեր պայքարը»:-Ասաց Ազիզ Թամոյանը:

2014 թվականի օգոստոսի 3-ին «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորումը լայնածավալ հարձակում սկսեց Իրաքի հյուսիսում գտնվող եզդիաբնակ տարածքներում։ ԻՊ-ի զինյալները, հարձակվելով եզդիաբնակ տարածքների վրա, ստիպում էին մարդկանց կրոնափոխ լինել։ Հրաժարվելով՝ եզդիները ենթարկվեցին անմարդկային բռնությունների։ Ահաբեկիչները սպանեցին հազարավոր եզդիների, գերեվարեցին հազարավոր եզդի կանանց ու երեխաների։ Միայն Շանգալից գաղթի ճամփան բռնեցին 400 հազարից ավել եզդիներ։ Հազարավոր եզդիներ, փախչելով ահաբեկիչների վայրագություններից, բարձրացան մոտակա լեռները՝ մնալով առանց ապաստանի, ջրի, սննդի, բժշկական օգնության՝ ամեն պահի սպասելով իսլամիստների հերթական հարձակմանը։ Փախստական դարձած եզդիներն ապաստան գտան Իրաքի այլ բնակավայրերում՝ Սիրիայում, Թուրքիայում: Շատերը շարունակում են մնալ լեռներում։
