«Առավոտ»-ն իր խմբագրականում գրում է.
«Պատահական չէ, որ ցանկացած կրոնի հետևորդներ աղոթում են ուտելուց առաջ և, մասնավորապես, շնորհակալություն են հայտնում Աստծուն՝ իր բարիքների համար: Մենք, օրինակ, ստում ենք՝ «ճաշակեսցուք խաղաղութեամբ զկերակուրս, որ պատրաստեալ է մեզ ի Տեառնէ: Օրհնեալ է Տէր ի պարգևս իւր»: Ուշադրություն դարձրեք՝ խաղաղությամբ:
Բայց արդյո՞ք կենտրոնացում չի պահանջում ցանկացած գործ՝ ճաշ պատրաստելը, աման լվանալը, ընկերների հետ շփվելը, ցախ կոտրելը, ծառ ջրելը, ֆիլմ նայելը, քայլելը, շնչելը: Էլ չասած մասնագիտական պարտականությունների մասին: Կարծում եմ՝ այս և բազմաթիվ այլ դեպքերում միայն կենտրոնանալով կարող ես կյանքից բավականություն ստանալ:
Ի՞նչն է մեզ խանգարում կենտրոնանալ տվյալ գործի վրա: Իհարկե, տարբեր «արտաքին» և «ներքին» հանգամանքներ: Բայց այսօր՝ հատկապես համացանցը: Մեզ վարակել է ամեն վայրկյան «կապի մեջ» լինելու հիվանդությունը: Շատերը չեն կարողանում ապրել 5 կամ 10 րոպե «կապից դուրս»՝ երևի մտածելով, թե ինչ-որ կարևոր բան են բաց թողնում: Հաճախ այդ «կարևոր բանը» որևէ աղջկա՝ սրճարանում արված նկարն է, որով նա տեղեկացնում է աշխարհին, թե ինչ պիցցա է այս պահին ուտում, կամ, ինչպես հաճախ իմ դեպքում է լինում, տեղեկանալ, թե ով և ինչպես է այս անգամ ինձ խայթել ֆեյսբուքում կամ aгavot.am կայքում: Իհարկե, հիմարություն է իմ կողմից նման մեկնաբանություններ կարդալը, և ապուշության գագաթնակետն է դրանց պատասխանելը: Բայց խոստովանեմ՝ պատահում է, որ երկուսն էլ անում եմ:

Ի՞նչ անել: Միանգամից հրաժարվել այդ «թմրանյութից» ՝ դժվար է: Բայց կան նաև փորձված միջոցներ: Նախ՝ ֆիքսել, թե օրական քանի ժամ ես դու անցկացնում ֆեյսբուքում՝ ճիշտ ծխած գլանակները հաշվառելու նման: Երկրորդ՝ ամեն օր որոշակի ժամի վերցնել որևէ գիրք կամ թերթ ու գոնե 5 րոպե դանդաղ, իմաստի մեջ խորանալով կարդալ այդ տեքստը: Ուշադրության այդ «մարզանքն» այսօր գրեթե հերոսության է հավասար»:
