1. Ոտքերը տաք ջրի մեջ պահեք նվազագույնը 10 րոպե: Ապա ոտքերը մերսեք սննդի սոդայի և ջրի խառնուրդով, որպեսզի կոշտուկները դուրս գան:
2. 4 ճաշի գդալ երիցուկը և մեկ լիտր ջուրը խառնեք և ոտքերը դրեք այդ խառնուրդի մեջ: Երիցուկը փափկեցնում է կոշտացած մաշկը:
3. Կիտրոնի մի շերտը դրեք այն հատվածում, որտեղ կոշտուկ է առաջացել: Որևէ իրի միջոցով այն կապեք ոտքին և թողեք ամբողջ գիշեր:
