10 ամենատարօրինակ օրենքները, որոնք դժվարությամբ են ենթարկվում տրամաբանությանը

Այս կամ այն երկիր ճանապարհորդելով՝ այնպայման ուսումնասիրեք տեղական օրենքները։ Այն, ինչ ձեզ կարող է թույլատրելի և սովորական թվալ, այլ պետություններում կարող է պատժվել տուգանքով և նույնիսկ ազատությունից զրկելով։ Adme.ru-ն ներկայացրել է 10 աբսուրդային օրենք, որոնց գոյությանը դժվար է հավատալ։

1. Ժպտացեք՝ Իտալիա։ Միլանում օրենքը պահանջում է միշտ ժպտալ։ Բացառություն են կազմում միայն թաղման արարողություններն ու հիվանդանոց այցելելը։

2. Այստեղ չի կարելի մահանալ՝ Անգլիա։ Վեստմինստերյան պալատը թագավորական վայր է։ Այնտեղ ապրողները ոչ միայն արքայավայել են ապրում, այլև այդպես մահանում են։ Այդ պատճառով նրանց, ովքեր իրենց կյանքի ճանապարհն ավարտում են այստեղ, երաշխավորված են ամենաբարձր պետական հարգանքի տուրքեր։ Բայց շտապում ենք հիասթափեցնել ձեզ՝ նրանց, ում մահն այցելել է պալատում, տեղափոխում են Սուրբ Թոմասի անվան հիվանդանոց, որը գտնվում է պալատի կողքին, և այնտեղ միայն գրանցում մահը։

3. Խոզուկ Նապոլեոն չի կարող լինել՝ Ֆրանսիա։ Ֆրանսիական կառավարության կարծիքով՝ խոզին ֆրանսիացի հրամանատարի ու կայսեր անունը տալը պարզապես անթույլատրելի է ու վիրավորական։

4. Միայն գեղեցիկների համար՝ Իտալիա։ Իտալական Տրոպեա քաղաքում վաղուց ուժի մեջ է մտել օրենքը, որը գեղեցիկ սեռի որոշ ներկայացուցիչների արգելում է մերկանալ հասարակական լողափերում։ Օրենքում ասվում է. «Կանանց, ովքեր գեր են կամ տգեղ, արգելվում է լողափին հայտնվել մերկ վիճակում»։ Այս իրավունքից օգտվում են միայն «երիտասարդ կանայք, ովքեր արժանի են մատուցել կնոջ մարմնի գեղեցկությունը»։ Ընդ որում, օրենքում նշված չէ, թե որոնք են «գեղեցկության» չափորոշիչները։

5. Հրդեհի ժամանակ գլխավորը չուտելն է՝ ԱՄՆ։ Չիկագոյում օրենքն արգելում է սնունդ ընդունել շենքում, որտեղ հրդեհ է բռնկվել։

6. Կովերը՝ էկոլոգիայի գլխավոր խնդիր՝ Էստոնիա։ Էստոնիայի կովի գազերի համար տույժը ոչ այնքան վաղ անցյալում է մտցվել՝ 2008թ.։ Երկրի կառավարության կարծիքով՝ կենսագործունեության ընթացքում օդ են արտանետում մեծ քանակով մեթան։

7. Մաստակն արգելվում է՝ Սինգապուր։ Սինգապուրում մաստակի ներկրման և վաճառքի լուրջ արգելք կա, որը պահպանվում է 2004թ.։ Այստեղ կարելի է գնել միայն բուժիչ մաստակ, միայն դեղատանը և միայն բժշկի դեղատոմսով։ Արգելքը բացատրվում է հետևյալ կերպ՝ նախկինում ծամված մաստակը կպչում էր մետրոյի դռների ժապավենին, ինչը խանգարում էր դրանց աշխատանքին։

8. Ճարպակալումն արգելվում է՝ Ճապոնիա։ 2009թ. Ճապոնիայում գործում է ավելորդ քաշի արգելքը։ Օրենսդիրն առավելագույն չափ է սահմանել՝ 40 տարեկանից բարձր տղամարդկանց մոտ որովայնի շրջագիծը չպետք է գերազանցի 70 սմ-ն, իսկ կանանց մոտ՝ 89 սմ-ն։

9. Չի թույլատրվում գիշերն օգտագործել սանհանգույցի խողովակը՝ Շվեյցարիա։ Այս երկրում օրենքն արգելում է 22։00-ից հետո օգտագործել սանհանգույցի խողովակը բազմաբնակարան շենքերում։

10. Օդապարիկ՝ միայն աշխատանքային և շաբաթ օրերին՝ ԱՄՆ։ Ֆլորիդա նահանգում չամուսնացած աղջիկներին արգելվում է օդապարիկ նստել կիրակի օրերին։ Խախտողներին սպառնում է ոչ միայն տուգանք, այլև կալանք։
