Մարալիկ քաղաքի Հ. Շահինյան փողոցում 2017 թվականի հուլիսի 21-ին հայտնաբերվել և Շիրակի մարզի ոստիկանության Անիի բաժին է տեղափոխվել վառելափայտով բարձված բեռնատար ավտոմեքենա, որի վարորդը՝ Լոռու մարզի Վանաձոր քաղաքի բնակիչ Գ.Ա-ն ներկայացրել է 18.07.2017 թվականով թվագրված վառելափայտի ձեռքբերման վերաբերյալ փաստաթուղթ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից, սույն դեպքով նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում վարորդի և մի քանի այլ անձանց տված բացատրություններից, ներկայացված ապրանքների մատակարարման հարկային հաշվի և դրամարկղային մուտքի օրդերի ուսումնասիրությամբ պարզվել է, որ Լոռու մարզի Վանաձոր քաղաքի բնակիչ Ս. Կ.-ն 18.07.2017 թվականին «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱ կազմակերպության «Լալվար անտառտնտեսություն» մասնաճյուղից գնել է կաղնի տեսակի վառելափայտ՝ Վանաձոր քաղաքի մեկ այլ բնակչի միջոցով բեռնատար ավտոմեքենայով Լոռու մարզի Վահագնի գյուղ տեղափոխելու համար: Սակայն վառելափայտով բարձված ավտոմեքենան, 18.07.2017 թվականին լրացված փաստաթղթերով, օրեր անց հայտնաբերվել է Շիրակի մարզի Մարալիկ քաղաքում: Բացի դրանից պարզվել է, որ տվյալ ավտոմեքենայում բարձված է եղել ոչ միայն կաղնի, այլ նաև  բոխի տեսակի ծառից ստացված վառելափայտ:

«Բնապահպանական իրավախախտումների հետևանքով կենդանական և բուսական աշխարհին պատճառված վնասի հատուցման սակագների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի և ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱ կազմակերպության տնօրենի համապատասխան հրամանի հիման վրա գնահատվել է սույն իրավախախտման հետևանքով բուսական աշխարհին պատճառված վնասի չափը:

 Նկատի ունենալով, որ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Շիրակի մարզային վարչության Անիի բաժնում նախապատրաստված նյութերն առերևույթ պարունակում են ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 296-րդ հոդվածի (ծառերի, թփերի եւ բուսածածկի ապօրինի հատում) 1-ին մասով նախատեսված հանցագործության հատկանիշներ՝ Շիրակի մարզի դատախազությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:
