Դուք նկատած կլինեք, որ գրեթե բոլոր ռեստորանների ամենալավ սեղանների վրա առկա է «Զբաղված է» գրությունը, սակայն իրականում ոչ բոլոր դեպքերում են դրանք իսկապես զբաղված:

Սա խորամանկություն է, որպեսզի դատարկ սեղանի մոտ նստելով` դուք ձեզ վատ զգաք և կրկին ինչ-որ բան պատվիրեք:

Երբ գինու շիշը հայտնվում է սեղանին, սկսվում է մյուս քայլը. ամեն կումից հետո մառուցողը ձեզ համար կրկին գինի է լցնում: Այդպես է արվում, որպեսզի այն վերջանա ուտելու ընթացքում և դուք նորը պատվիրեք:
