Ինչո՞ւ Ադրբեջանում «գլխատեցին» ԿԳԲ-ի շեֆին

Ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները տեղեկացնում են, որ այդ երկրի Ազգային անվտանգության նախարարությունում լուրջ գործընթացներ են իրականացվում: Մասնավորապես, իր պաշտոնին հրաժեշտ է տվել նախարարը, իսկ վերջինիս տեղակալը տնային կալանքի մեջ է: Նաև հաղորդվում է 2 այլ գեներալների ձերբակալության մասին:
Այն, ինչը ժամանակի ընթացքում բաց աղբյուրներն են հրապարակել Ադրբեջանի Ազգային անվտանգության նախարարության վերաբերյալ, պարզորոշ կերպով ցույց է տալիս այդ մարմնի ղեկավարների ակտիվ ներգրավվածությունը Ադրբեջանի տնտեսության մեջ:
Ընդ որում՝ խոսքը ոչ միայն նրանց ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեության մասին է, այլ իրականացվող «ռեկետի»:
Այդ նախարարությունում տիրող բարքերի, գործարարների նկատմամբ գործադրված ճնշումների, կոռուպցիոն մեխանիզմների մասին հրապարակումներ բազմիցս եղել են, այդ տեսանկյունից վերոնշյալը Ադրբեջանիիշխանություննների համար նորություն չէր:
Ամենայն հավանականությամբ, ինչ որ փուլում այդ պրոցեսները սկսել են վնասել իշխող վարչակարգի տնտեսական, ինչու չէ՝ քաղաքական շահերին, ինչի հետևեց այդ կառույցի «գլխատումը»:
Մյուս կողմից, չի բացառվում, որ ռեկետին զուգահեռ, այդ կառույցը ձախողումներ է արձանագրել նաև հայաստանյան, արցախյան «ճակատում» և զուգահեռ ընթացող տապալումները չեն ներվել: Ամեն դեպքում մեկ ամիս առաջ, առաջնագծում ադրբեջանական կողմի «պռավալը» ոչ միայն բանակինն էր, այլ նաև ազգային անվտանգության նախարարությանը: Ու չի բացառվում, որ նմանատիպ պրոցեսներ նկատելի լինեն նաև բանակում:
Միգուցե բանակի ղեկավարությունը ռեկետի չի դիմում, սակայն կոռուպցիոն մեխանիզմներ այնտեղ ևս ներդրված են:
Չպետք է նաև մոռանալ, որ սեպտեմբերյան լարվածության օրերին, երբ հայկական կողմը որպես պատասխան որպես թիրախ ընտրեց ադրբեջանական բազաները, ադրբեջանցի զինվորներին այլ բան չէր մնացել, քան փախնելով լքել տեղակայման վայրերը: Իսկ դրան հետևեցին բազաների շրջակայքում առկա բնակավայրերի դատարկմանը: Ինչո՞ւ պետք է քաղաքացիական անձինք չլքեին բնակավայրերը, երբ իրենց պաշտպանող զինվորները շունչները կտրած լքում էին մարտական հենակետերը:
