«Հայաստանի Հանրապետու­թյան արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունն առա­ջարկում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտաքին քաղաքա­կանության տնտեսական բաղադ­րիչի զարգացման նպատակով կառավարության որոշմամբ հաս­տատել երկրների թիրախավորման տնտեսական չափանիշնե­րը, թիրախային երկրների ցանկը, օտարերկրյա պետություններում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դիվանագիտական ներկայացուց­չությունների տնտեսական գործու­նեության կատարողականի գնա­հատման չափանիշները: Հարցը ներառված է ՀՀ կառավարության օգոստոսի 3-ի հերթական նիստի օրակարգում:

Եվրասիական տնտեսական մի­ությունը՝ ԵԱՏՄ-ն, գովերգող էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի ղեկավարած կառույցը տնտեսական չափանիշների հիման վրա ընտրված թի­րախային երկրների մեկնարկային ցանկ է առաջարկում՝ Ռուսաս­տան, ԱՄՆ, Չինաստան, Իրան, Վրաստան, ԱՄԷ, Ֆրանսիա, Գեր­մանիա, Իտալիա, Կանադա, Լի­բանան, Բենիլյուքսի երկրներ՝ Բել­գիա, Նիդեռլանդներ, Լյուքսեմբուրգ: Ստացվեց 14 պետություն, որից միայն մեկն է ԵԱՏՄ-ից՝ Ռու­սաստանը: Ամենաշատը՝ վեց եր­կիր, եվրոպական են: Արտգործնախարարությունը ցանկի հետ ներկայացրել է նաև երկրների թիրախավորման տն­տեսական չափանիշները, երկկողմ առևտրատնտեսական հա­րաբերությունների մակարդակ, հայկական համայնքի առկայու­թյուն, աշխարհագրական և ենթակառուցվածքային հնարավորու­թյունների առկայություն, Հայաս­տանի առաջարկած ապրանքնե­րի կամ ծառայությունների նկատ­մամբ պահանջարկի առկայու­թյուն և այլն:

ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ում, փաս­տորեն, կարծում են, որ ԵԱՏՄ անդամ չորս երկրներից՝ Բելառուս, Ղազախստան, Ղրղըզստան, Ռուսաստան, միայն վերջի­նի հետ կարելի է տնտեսական ծրագրեր իրականացնել, գոնե տեսանելի ապագայում: Բայց այս որսի հետ մենք Եվրասիական տնտեսական միություն անունով կազմակերպության մեջ ենք: Կազ­մակերպությունը, որը ՀՀ պետա­կան այրերը անվանում էին տնտե­սական՝ ի հեճուկս այն վերլուծաբանների պնդումների, որ դա քա­ղաքական կառույց է»,-գրում է թերթը:
