Բաքվի դատարանը շուտով վճիռ կկայացնի 17 տարի ստրկության մեջ անցկացրած՝ Ուկրաինայի քաղաքացու գործով

Մոտ օրերս Բաքվի ծանր հանցագործությունների գործով դատարանը վճիռ կկայացնի չորս մարդուց բաղկացած խմբի գործով, որոնք երկար տարիներ ստրկության մեջ են պահել ու շահագործել Ուկրաինայի քաղաքացուն։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Ադրբեջանի «Սպուտնիկ» գործակալությունը, վկայակոչելով երկրի ՆԳՆ-ն։

Օտարերկրացու շահագործման փաստը բացահայտվել էր 2016-ի ապրիլին օպերատիվ որոնողական աշխատանքների արդյունքում, որոնք իրականացրել էին Ադրբեջանի ՆԳՆ-ի մարդկանց առեւտրի դեմ պայքարի հարցերով գլխավոր վարչության աշխատակիցները։ Դնեպրոպետրովսկի շրջանի բնակչին, որը Ադրբեջան էր ժամանել 17 տարի առաջ, գտել էին մասնավոր ֆերմերային տնտեսությունում՝ Բիլյգյա ավանում։ Տղամարդը սարսափելի վատ վիճակում էր՝ հյուծված, սարսափելի կեղտոտ, առողջական խնդիրներով։

Ըստ քրեական գործի նյութերի, տղամարդը կանոնավոր կերպով Ադրբեջան էր մեկնում՝ փող աշխատելու, բայց 1999-ին ազգականները կորցրել էին նրա հետ կապը։ Գործատուները ուկրաինացուց խլել էին փաստաթղթերը, նրան վատ էին կերակրում, հաճախ ծեծում, ու ստիպում խոզեր պահել ֆերմայում։ Ձմռանը տղամարդը լողանում էր սառը ջրով։ Այսպիսով ուկրաինացին դարձել էր ստրկուկ։ Օգտվելով նրա անօգնական վիճակից՝ հանցագործները նրան հետագայում ուրիշներին էին փոխանցել՝ հետագա շահագործման համար։

Հիմա ուկրաինացին Ադրբեջանում է գտնվում։ Ռեաբիլիտացիայի կուրսից հետո նրա վիճակը բավարար է։

Դատախազը հանցագործների համար պահանջում է իննից տասը տարի ազատազրկում։

Ադրբեջանում Ուկրաինայի դեսպանատունը արդեն նրա համար անձնագիր է ձեւակերպել ու դատավարության ավարտից հետո ուկրաինացին հայրենիք կվերադառնա։
