Մոսկվայի շրջանային դատարանում «ԳՏԱ ավազակախմբի» գործով նիստի ժամանակ հարձակման մանրամասները

Մոսկվայի շրջանային դատարանում օգոստոսի 1-ին պետք է անցներ սովորական նիստ «ԳՏԱ ավազակախմբի» գործով։ Դա կազմակերպված հանցախումբ է, որը 2012-2014 թթ․ հարձակվում էր վարորդների վրա մայրուղիներում, գրում է Meduza-ն։
Քննության վարկածով, հանցախումբը ընդամենը սպանել է 17 ու վիրավորել երկու մարդու։ Այս գործով ամբաստանյալ են ինը միջինասիացիներ։ Գործի քննությունը դատարանում սկսվել է 2016-ի օգոստոսին։
Մոսկվայի շրջանային դատարանի աշխատանքը ընդհատվել էր հրաձգության պատճառով։ Փոխհրաձգության մասին առաջին հաղորդագրությունները հայտնվել էին սոցցանցում մոտ 14։10-ին։ Դատարանի մամուլի ծառայությունից «Մեդուզային» հայտնել էին, որ ամբողջ անձնակազմը տարհանվել է «անվտանգության նկատառումներով»։
Ականատեսները հայտնում էին մի քանի տասնյակ կրակոցների մասին։ Փաստաբան Սոֆյա Ռուբասսկայայի խոսքով հանցագործները խլել էին զենքը նրանց ուղեկցող անվտանգության աշխատողներից ու սկսել էին կրակել։ 14։30-ին շենքին է մոտեցել շտապ օգնության մեքենան։
Շենքում սպանել էին «ԳՏԱ հանցախմբի» երեք անդամների։ «Ինտերֆաքսի» անանուն աղբյուրի տվյալներով իրավապահները երեք հանցագործի են «չեզոքացրել», որոնք հրազենով հարձակվել էին պահակների վրա։ Հետագայում Ռիա Նովոստին հայտնել է չորս սպանված հանցագործների մասին։ Իսկ որոշ ժամանակ անց ՆԳՆ-ն պաշտոնապես հայտնել է, որ զոհվել են երեքը։ Երկու ամբաստանյալներն էլ վիրավորվել են։ Զոհվածների ու վիրավորվածների անունները դեռ չեն հայտնում։
Փոխհրաձգությունից տուժել են նաեւ իրավապահներ։ Վիրավորվել է Ռոսգվարդիայի մեկ մարտիկ ու հանցագործներին ուղեկցող երկու անվտանգության աշխատակից։
Ժամը 15։20-ին դատարանի աշխատակիցները արդեն վերադարձել են շենք, նրանք չեն տուժել։
ՔԿ-ի պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության համաձայն, ամբաստանյալներից մեկը վերելակի մոտ հարձակվել էր ուղեկցող պահակներից մեկի վրա ու սկսել էր խեղդել նրան։ Արդյունքում մյուս չորս ամբաստանյալները կարողացել են ազատվել ու խլել զենքը անվտանգության աշխատակիցներից, որոնցից մեկը հասցրել է Ռոսգվարդիայից լրացուցիչ ուժեր կանչել։
«Երրորդ հարկում չարագործներին արդեն սպասում էին Ռոսգվարդիայի աշխատակիցները, այնտեղ սկսվել է փոխհրաձգություն, որի ընթացքում Ռոսգվարդիայի աշխատակիցներից մեկը ուսից վիրավորվել է, երեք ամբաստանյալները ոչնչացվել են, երկուսը՝ ծանր վիրավորումով հոսպիտալիզացվել»,- պարզաբանել են ՔԿ-ից։
