Սանահինի վանական համալիրում երկու պատմական տապանաքարեր քանդելու եւ դրանց տեղում նոր հուղարկավորություն իրականացնելու դեպքի առթիվ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել։

Այս մասին NEWS.am-ին հայտնեցին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից։

Քրեական գործ է հարուցվել ՀՀ ՔՕ 264-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով եւ 265-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

Նշենք, որ ՔՕ-ի 264-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասը սահմանում է՝ պետության պահպանության տակ գտնվող պատմության, մշակույթի հուշարձանները, ինչպես նաեւ պատմական կամ մշակութային առանձնակի արժեք ունեցող առարկաները կամ փաստաթղթերը ոչնչացնելը կամ վնասելը պատժվում է տուգանքով՝ նվազագույն աշխատավարձի երկուհարյուրապատիկից չորսհարյուրապատիկի չափով, կամ կալանքով՝ առավելագույնը երկու ամիս ժամկետով, կամ ազատազրկմամբ՝ առավելագույնը երկու տարի ժամկետով:

Իսկ 265-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասը սահմանում է՝ դիակն անարգանքի ենթարկելը կամ թաղման վայրերը, մահացածներին թաղելու կամ նրանց հիշատակի հետ կապված ծիսակատարությունների համար նախատեսված գերեզմանների վրա եղած շինությունները կամ առարկաները ոչնչացնելը, վնասելը կամ պղծելը, որը պատժվում է տուգանքով՝ նվազագույն աշխատավարձի երեքհարյուրապատիկից հինգհարյուրապատիկի չափով, կամ կալանքով՝ առավելագույնը երկու ամիս ժամկետով:

Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ Սանահինի վանական համալիրում երկու պատմական տապանաքարեր են քանդվել եւ դրանց տեղում նոր թաղում է կազմակերպվել: Այս մասին «Ֆեյսբուքում» գրառում էր կատարել օգտատերերից Նվարդ Մանվելյանը:

Նշենք, որ Լոռու մարզում գտնվող Սանահինի միջնադարյան վանական համալիրը  հիմնել է Հայոց թագավոր Աշոտ Գ Ողորմածը` 966 թ.-ին։ 2001 թ-ին Սանահինի համալիրն ընդգրկվել է ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի համաշխարհային մշակութային «Արժեքների ցանկում»։
