Պոլիտեխնիկի և ՀԱԷԿ-ի համատեղ քրեագիտական փորձաքննության լաբորատորիան ստացավ պետական կարգավիճակ

Միջուկային և ռադիոակտիվ նյութերի տեխնիկական և քրեագիտական փորձաքննության լաբորատորիան Հայաստանում իրականացնելու է փորձաքննական, գիտական, կրթական առաքելություն: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ օգոստոսի 1-ին կայացավ Հայաստանի ազգային պոլիտեխնիկական համալսարանի և Հայկական ատոմային էլեկտրակայանի միջև համատեղ լաբորատորիայի ստեղծման մասին փոխըմբռնման հուշագրի ստորագրության արարողությունը: Գիտության պետական կոմիտեն՝ որպես ծրագիրը կոորդինացնող կառույց, հաստատեց հուշագիրը:

«Երեք տարի առաջ Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ պետդեպարտամենտի օգնությամբ ստեղծվեց ատոմային էլեկտրակայանին առնթեր լաբորատորիա, որի հիմնական խնդիրը պետք է լիներ միջուկային հենք ունեցող նյութերի վերահսկողությունը:  Լաբորատորիային տրվեցին նաև փորձաքննական որոշ լիազորություններ: Ստեղծվեց հանձնաժողով՝ իմ և ատոմային էլեկտրակայանի երկու աշխատակիցների ղեկավարությամբ: 2017-ի փետրվարին հրավերք ստացանք ԱՄՆ-ից, առաջարկվեց լաբորատորիային տալ պետական կարգավիճակ: Այսօր ստորագրվեց փոխըմբռնամ հուշագիրը: Լաբորատորիան աշխատելու է պետության հովանու ներքո և իրականացնելու է բոլոր խնդիրները, որ դրվելու են իր առջև»,-ասաց Գիտության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ պրոֆեսոր Սամվել Հարությունյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ Հայկական ատոմային էլեկտրակայանն իր լիազրությունների շրջանակում իրավունք ունի միայն փորձաքննական գործառույթներ իրականացնել, բայց լաբորատորիան մի շարք այլ լիազորություններ ևս ունի: Այն ունենալու է երեք հիմնական առաքելություն՝ փորձաքննական, գիտական, ուսումնասիրություններ և կրթական ծրագրեր իրականացնող առաքելություն:

«Բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ են լուծվելու, այդ թվում  նաև՝ թափոնների և միջուկային ծագում ունեցող էլեմենտների փոխադրման անվտանգության խնդիրները»,-եզրափակեց Հարությունյանը:
