«Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորումը (ԻՊ) հուլիսի 30-ին Ռաքքայում նկարահանված 30 րոպե տևողությամբ տեսանյութ է հրապարակել:

Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնում է ադրբեջանական cebhe.info-ն:

Middle East Media Research Institute մոնիտորինգային ծառայությունը մանրակրկիտ ուսումնասիրության է ենթարկել տեսանյութը, ինչի արդյունքում ի հայտ են եկել հետաքրքիր փաստեր:

Տեսանյութը նկարահանված է արհեստավարժ մակարդակով և ԻՊ-ի կոչն է Ռաքքայի բնակիչներին՝ ոչ մի կերպ չհամագործակցելու Քրդստանի բանվորական կուսակցության զինյալների և Սիրիական ժողովրդավարական ուժերի հետ:

Տեսանյութում հիմնականում հանդես է գալիս ԻՊ-ի գլխավոր քարոզիչ համարվող Մուհամմադ Ալ-Ադնանին, նրա խոսքն ուղեկցվում է Ռաքքայում տեղի ունեցած ռազմական գործողությունները ներկայացնող տեսանյութերով, որոնցում երևում են նաև ԻՊ-ին պատկանող զենքերն ու զինտեխնիկան:

Տեսանյութում ԻՊ ահաբեկիչները ցուցադրաբար մահապատժի են ենթարկում մի մարդու, ով իբր կասկածվում է «Իսլամի թշնամիների» հետ համագործակցության մեջ, այդպիսով փորձելով վախեցնել Ռաքքայի բնակչությանը:

Հիմնական ուշադրությունը տեսանյութում ԻՊ-ն հրավիրել է իր կազմում գործող օտարերկրացի ահաբեկիչների վրա, որոնց մեջ երևում են երկու ադրբեջանցի ահաբեկիչներ:

Տեսանյութում տեղ գտած կադրերում երևում է նաև, թե ինչպես են այս երկու ադրբեջանցի ահաբեկիչները պայթեցնում Ռաքքա մուտք գործող քրդերի դիրքերը:
