Հայաստանում քայլեր են իրականացվում թոքի քաղցկեղի փոքր ինվազիվ վիրահատությունը զարգացնելու ուղղությամբ

Թոքի քաղցկեղի փոքր ինվազիվ, լապարասկոպիկ վիրահատությունը մոտակա 1 տարում հնարավոր կլինի իրականացնել նաև Հայաստանում: Այդ նպատակով՝ Զալցբուրգի համալսարանական կլինիկայի վիրաբույժներ Միքայել Լեխները և Հութեր Յորգը երկօրյա գիտաժողովում հայաստանցի բժիշկներին կներկայացնեն միջազգային ուղեցույցներ, թոքի քաղցկեղի փոքր ինվազիվ վիրահատական մեթոդներ: Վիրաբույժներին Հայաստան է հրավիրել «Վիրաբուժական ուռուցքաբանության հայկական միություն»-ը: Օգոստոսի 1-ին Ուռուցքաբանության ազգային կենտրոնում կայացած գիտաժողովի բացմանը մասնակցեցին 100-ից ավելի հայ վիրաբույժներ, վիրաբույժ-ուռուցքաբաններ, ինչպես նաև ուսանողներ:
«Ժամանակակից բժշկությունը չի կարող պատշաճ ուշադրություն չդարձնել թոքի քաղցկեղի ախտորոշման և բուժման հիմնահարցերին: Հայաստանում թոքային վիրաբուժությունը լավ է ներկայացված և ունի խոր արմատներ: Սակայն սովորաբար Հայաստանում վիրահատում ենք բաց եղանակով: Եվ մենք որոշեցինք եվրոպացի մասնագետներին հրավիրել Հայաստան՝ զարգացնելու փոքր ինվազիվ, լապարասկոպիկ մեթոդներով վիրահատությունը: Մենք ներկայումս կատարում ենք առաջին քայլերը, և բոլոր այն վիրաբույժները, ովքեր հետաքրքրված են այդ ուղղությամբ, պետք է ստանան գիտելիքներ»,- ասաց «Վիրաբուժական ուռուցքաբանության հայկական միություն» ՀԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Համբարձումյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ իրենք նպատակ ունեն այդ մեթոդը ներդնել Հայաստանում, որպեսզի վիրահատությունից 3-4 օր հետո հիվանդը գնա տուն՝ առանց վերքերի: Հավանաբար, մոտակա մեկ տարում այս մեթոդը գործնականում կկիրառվի նաև Հայաստանում:
Հութեր Յորգի խոսքով՝ Հայաստանի և Եվրոպայի, Ամերիկայի բուժման մեթոդների հիմնական տարբերությունն այն է, որ Եվրոպայում և Ամերիկայում գործում է բժշկական ապահովագրություն: Հիվանդներն աննշան գանգատի դեպքում դիմում են բժշկի, քանի որ գումարը փոխանցում է ապահովագրական ընկերությունը: «Թոքի քաղցկեղի բուժման ժամանակակից ստանդարտներն են մինիմալ ինվազիվ վիրահատական մեթոդները, այսինքն՝ կատարվում են մի քանի փոքր կտրվածքներ, որոնցով հեռացվում է ուռուցքը, և հետվիրահատական շրջանում հիվանդների վերականգնումն ավելի արագ է ընթանում,- ասաց նա:
«Թոքի քաղցկեղի առաջացման առաջին պատճառը ծխելն է,միջավայրի աղտոտվածությունը, նաև գենետիկ գործոնը, իսկ բուժման արդյունավետությունը կախված է նաև նրանից, թե որքան շուտ են դիմում բժշկի: Ֆինանսապես ոչ հարուստ երկրներին, ինչպիսին նաև Հայաստանն է, բնորոշ է դիմելության ցածր մակարդակը»:- Ասաց Միքայել Լեխներն ու հավելեց, որ Հայաստանին կներկայացնեն այն միջազգային ուղեցույցները, որոնցով իրենք են առաջնորդվում:
