Արդարադատության նախարարությունը ՀԿ-ներին է ներկայացրել «Հասարակական կազմակերպությունների մասին» օրենքի լրամշակված նախագիծը

ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանի գլխավորությամբ հոկտեմբերի 19-ին տեղի է ունեցել Արդարադատության նախարարին կից հանրային խորհրդի նիստ, որին մասնակցել են քսանից ավելի հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱՆ տեղեկատվության և հասա րակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
Նախարարը ողջունել է հանրային խորհրդի անդամներին և նշել, որ պատրաստակամ է բաց և թափանցիկ կառավարմանն ուղղված համագործակցությանը նոր բովանդակություն հաղորդել՝ հաշվի առնելով նմանօրինակ ձևաչափերով ունեցած հաջող փորձը: Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ սերտ համագործակցության պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել և ընդգծել, որ նրանց ունեցած դերով է պայմանավորված նաև տարբեր ծրագրերի հաջող ընթացքը:
Անդրադառնալով նիստի օրակարգում ընդգրկված «Հասարակական կազմակերպությունների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի նախագծին՝ նախարարը նշել է, որ լրամշակումներից հետո առաջիկա օրերին այն արդեն կուղարկվի ՀՀ կառավարություն:
Նիստի ընթացքում արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալներ Արսեն Մկրտչյանը և Սուրեն Քրմոյանը ներկայացրել են «Հասարակական կազմակերպությունների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի լրամշակված նախագիծն ու «Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ Հայաuտանի Հանրապետության oրենuգրքում լրացումներ կատարելու մաuին» ՀՀ օրենքի նախագիծը, դրանցով նախատեսվող նոր կարգավորումներն ու հիմնավորումները:
Հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներն իրենց դիտարկումներն ու առաջարկներն են ներկայացրել նախագծերի որոշ դրույթների վերաբերյալ. դրանք նաև գրավոր տեսքով ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարություն ներկայացնելու պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել:
