Պատրաստվում ենք նորից գնալ Շվեյցարիա՝ մեր ընկերների մոտ, իսկ մի փոքր հետո կգնանք ծով»,- ասում է Լիլիթը: Դիետոլոգը նշում է, որ իր աշխատանքի բնույթն այնպիսին է, որ քաղաքից նրա բացակայությունը ոչ մի խոչընդոտ չի ստեղծի իր՝ հաճախորդների հետ շփվելու և հետագա խորհրդատվություն անցկացնելու համար. «Աշխատանքս հիմնականում համացանցի միջոցով է իրականացվում: Հաճախորդներիս հետ մշտական կապի մեջ եմ, նրանց դիետաները անընդհատ իմ վերահսկողության տակ են: Բացի դրանից՝ միշտ հանգստի եմ մեկնում կարճ ժամանահատվածով, որովհետև երկար հանգստից ձանձրանում եմ»:

 

Լիլիթն ասում է, որ առաջիկա ուղևորությանը պատրաստվում են մեկնել ամբողջ ընտանիքով, իսկ մինչ ճամփորդությունը երեխայի առօրյան Լիլիթը փորձում է հնարավորինս հետաքրքիր ու հագեցած կազմակերպել նաև Երևանում. «Առավոտյան զբոսանքը պարտադիր է: Դա հիմնականում արվում է շատ վաղ առավոտյան, երբ դեռ արևը չի տաքացել, հետո արդեն մեր ուտելու ժամն է, որից հետո իմ տղան անպայման մի քանի ժամ քնում է: Երեկոյան էլ արդեն ընտանիքով ենք հավաքվում՝ զբոսանք, ժամանցի վայրեր, տարբեր միջոցառումներ»:

 

Լիլիթը նշում է, որ իր համար այս հանգիստը շատ սպասված է ու նաև անհրաժեշտ: Մշտական լարված գրաֆիկ, մարզասրահ, սեփական սրճարանի աշխատանքներ՝ ընտանեկան հոգսերի հետ զուգահեռ: Ու քանի որ խոսք գնաց դիետոլոգի առօրյա հոգսերի մասին, հետաքրքրվեցինք նաև Լիլիթի ինքնազգացողությունից, քանի որ օրեր առաջ համացանցում իր օգտատերերին նա բողոքել էր իր վատ ինքնազգացողությունից ու դեպրեսիվ վիճակից.

 

«Տեսակով այնպիսի մարդ եմ, որ հաճախ եմ դեպրեսիաներ ունենում: Բայց մի լավ բան էլ կա. այդ դեպրեսիաները տևում են ընդամենը 2-3 օր: Հետո ամեն ինչ իր տեղն է ընկնում: Այս անգամ նման հոգեվիճակիս պատճառը ֆիզիկական հոգնածությունս էր: Շատ եմ աշխատում, ամբողջ օրը համացանցում եմ՝ հաճախորդներիս հետ շփման մեջ: Անգամ երբ հանգստանալու համար մի տեղ եմ դուրս գալիս, միևնույն է, հեռախոսիցս կախված եմ: Սակայն պիտի ասեմ, որ այլ տարբերակ էլ չկա. այդպիսին է իմ մասնագիտությունը, որ ես անընդհատ պիտի կապի մեջ լինեմ հաճախորդներիս հետ: Իսկ սա չի կարող վաղ, թե ուշ սթրեսի չբերել, մանավանդ երբ այդ շփումը զուտ խորհրդատվություն կամ ցուցումներ տալ չէ, այլ ինչ-որ տեղ նաև հոգեբանորեն մարդուն տրամադրել ու աջակցել է պետք: Այնպես որ, այդքան էլ հեշտ չէ 24 ժամ անընդհատ շփվել, այն էլ՝ այդ քանակի մարդկանց հետ, ովքեր ունեն քո խորհրդի կարիքը»:

 

Այսքանով հանդերձ, սակայն, Լիլիթը նշում է, որ դիետոլոգի իր մասնագիտությունը շատ է սիրում և չնայած մասնագիտական նման նրբություններին՝ սիրով է անում իր աշխատանքը. «Ես իմ գործը շատ եմ սիրում, իսկ դեպրեսիաներիս հիմնական պատճառը, ինչպես և ժամանակակից կյանքում շատերի մոտ է պատահում, սակավաքնությունն է: Սրան էլ գումարվում է վաղ առավոտյան իմ վազքը, արդյունքում էլ լինում է այն, ինչ լինում է: Այդպիսի մարդ եմ՝ սիրում եմ ինքս ինձ տանջել»,- զրույցի վերջում նշեց Լիլիթը:
