 Շատ կանանց է մտահոգվում հղիության ընթացքում ձեռք բերած ավելորդ քաշից ազատվելն ու նախկին տեսքին վերադառնալը: Այս թեմայի շուրջ Life.panorama.am-ը խոսել է երգչուհի Արեւիկ Ալավերդյանի հետ, ով ամիսներ առաջ է իր առաջնեկին լույս աշխարհ բերել ու ծանոթացել նրա գաղտնիքներին:

«Ես գիրանալու հակում ունեմ, բայց ի զարմանս ինձ, հղիության ընթացքում բացարձակ չեմ գիրացել, ընդհակառակը` անգամ նիհարել էի: Իմ փորիկն այնքան փոքր էր, որ բժիշկս միշտ զարմանում էր եւ երբեմն անգամ զայրանում` կարծելով, թե չեմ սնվում ու կազմվածքիս մասին եմ մտածում: Իհարկե, երեխայիս կշռից հասկանալի էր դառնում, որ իրականում դա այդպես չէ ու ես հետեւում եմ ճիշտ սննդակարգին: Իմ փոքրիկ փորիկի հետ այլ զավեշտալի դեպքեր էլ են եղել: Օրինակ` Փարիզում մեր հարեւաններն այդպես էլ չիմացան, որ հղի եմ եւ հետո բալիկիս տեսնելիս` զարմանում էին: Այս առիթով ամուսնուս հետ միշտ կատակում ենք` ասելով, որ լավ է գոնե տղաս հայրիկի կրկնօրինակն է, այլապես կմտածեին, թե որդեգրել ենք: Այնպես որ, իմ պարագայում հղիությունից հետո անգամ ուզում էի մի փոքր գիրանալ»,- պատմեց Արեւիկ Ալավերդյանը:

Ի դեպ` երգչուհին նկատեց, որ ի տարբերություն շատ կանանց` իր ինքնագնահատականը հղիության ընթացքում անկում չի ապրել.

«Հղիության ընթացքում ես ինձ շատ գեղեցիկ էի զգում: Ես նիհար էի, կանացի, փոքրիկ փորիկով. Հավատացնում եմ, դա իմ կյանքի ամենասիրելի ժամանակահատվածն էր: Ի դեպ` հղիության ընթացքում 46 կգ էի կշռում, դրան գումարվում էր միայն բալիկիս քաշը, դե իսկ ծննդաբերությունից հետո՝ ծննդատնից դուրս գրվելիս, կրկին 46 կգ էի կշռում»,- հավելեց մեր զրուցակիցը:
