ՌԴ-ի նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցներն անուղղակիորեն կազդեն նաև Հայաստանի վրա. Ստեփան Գրիգորյան

Սանկցիաները ոչ միայն երկարաձգվում են, ընդլայնվում են, նաև ուժեղացվում է հարվածը Ռուսաստանի էներգետիկ սեկտորին: Այս մասին ասել է քաղաքագետ Ստեփան Գրիգորյանն «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի եթերում՝ անդրադառնալով ՌԴ-ի նկատմամբ Միացյալ նահանգների պատժամիջոցներին:
«Շատերը մոռանում են, որ մի քանի օր առաջ Եվրամիությունը մեկ տարով հետաձգեց պատժամիջոցների կիրառումը Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ: Արևմուտք-Ռուսաստան հակամարտությունը կամ հակադրությունը մտնում է նոր փուլ, էսկալացիա է գնում, այ, դա շատ վտանգավոր է: Այս փուլում էլ փոքր երկրներին ավելի դժվար կլինի մանևրել՝ ընդհանուր քաղաքական իմաստով»,-ասել է քաղաքագետը:
Անդրադառնալով ՌԴ-ում ամերիկացի 755 դիվանագետի կրճատմանը՝ Ստեփան Գրիգորյանը հիշեցրել է, որ երբ Օբաման էր վտարում Ամերիկայից ռուս դիվանագետների, նա 35-ին կրճատեց:
«Ռուսաստանի պատասխանը շատ կտրուկ, ուժեղ էր: Այս պրոցեսում մեզ համար հուզող պետք է լինի այն, որ սկսվեց հակադրման նոր փուլ՝ ԱՄՆ-Ռուսաստան»,- նշել է Ստեփան Գրիգորյանը և նշել, որ երբ Թրամփը եկավ, ուզում էր բարելավել Պուտինի հետ հարաբերությունները, բայց Միացյալ Նահանգների էլիտայի տրամադրություններում շատ ուժեղ քննադատական էին Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ:
Ըստ նրա՝ ստացվեց այնպես, որ Թրամփն իրոք ուզում էր բարելավվել հարաբերությունները: Կստացվեր, թե ոչ, ուրիշ հարց է:
«Հակակշիռների ինստիտուտն աշխատում է, իրենց պառլամենտն անկախ է՝ և՛ Վերին պալատը, և՛ Ներկայացուցիչների պալատը, գրեթե միաձայն, ընդհանուր առմամբ՝ 5 պատգամավոր դեմ քվեարկեց, դա նշանակում է, որ էլիտայում կոնսենսուս կա՝ Ռուսաստանի դեմ կոշտ քաղաքականություն վարելու: Նույնիսկ Թրամփը չի կարող բան փոխել, եթե նույնիսկ ինքը վետո դնի այդ օրենքին, կոնգրեսը 2/3-ով պետք է բեկանի այդ որոշումը, շրջանցի: Պարզ է, որ Թրամփը չի օգտագործի իր վետոյի իրավունքը, ինքը կստորագրի»,-վստահեցրել է քաղաքագետը:
Ստեփան Գրիգորյանը կանխատեսում է, որ Ռուսաստանը կլինի բավականին ծանր վիճակում, ՌԴ-ն տնտեսական ճգնաժամից հեշտ դուրս չի գա, տեխնոլոգիապես էլ ավելի հետամնաց կլինի, գլխավոր պատժամիջոցը Ռուսաստանին նոր տեխնոլոգիաներ չտրամադրելն է, դա ոչ ուղղակի, բայց կազդի նաև Հայաստանի վրա:
«Պատժամիջոցների կիրառման դեպքում Ռուսաստանը փող չի կարողանա ծախսել ԵԱՏՄ-ի վրա, Ռուսաստանը կպաշտպանի իր շուկան, իր աշխատողին, որ սոցիալական լարվածությունը չմեծանա: Ի՞նչ է նշանակում պատժամիջոցներ. ավելի քիչ փող, ավելի դանդաղ զարգացող տնտեսություն, սոցիալական վիճակը կվատանա: Ռուսաստանը կսկսի իրեն պաշտպանել: Ավտոմատ կերպով, այն երկրները, որ Ռուսաստանից դուրս են, կտուժեն: Հայաստանն էլ ԵԱՏՄ-ի շրջանակներում կտուժի»,-պարզաբանել է Ստեփան Գրիգորյանը:
